Superbe chambre au centre ville
Excellent sejour dans une superbe chambre au centre ville. Accessible a pied depiis la gare (20mn) et des principaux sites a visiter en 10mn.
Nous n'avions pas recu d information pour rentrer dans la chambre (code d entrées) et cela a été un peu fastidieux la première fois.
Petit déjeuner apporté à 9h15 dans la chambre, un peu tard pour nous.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa “MiniSuite” io e il mio ragazzo..Appena siamo entrati l’atmosfera era molto carina e in ordine, ma ci siamo accorti dopo un po’, che dentro la vasca idromassaggio c’era uno scarafaggio stessa cosa dentro la sauna..Dopo svariati controlli mi sono accorta che sopra il letto c’era il “trapuntino” se così si può chiamare, credo che era sporco di sangue o di make-up..Dopo che la signora mi ha detto che era tutto incluso anche Netflix, ho acceso il televisore ma niente..ho avvisato alla titolare della struttura dicendomi che avrebbe controllato e che era impossibile che non ci fosse Netflix comunque..ho provato a chiedere dopo 20/25 minuti di nuovo se avessero risolto il problema e la signora mi ha risposto in modo molto scortese dicendomi che con lei questi toni non si usassero Del resto, tutto ok anche la colazione la ragazza è stata cortese .

Malheureusement excessivement bruyant du fait de la rue en contrebas mais c'est la contre partie de l'emplacement idéal. Le logement en lui-même était parfait.

Une expérience HORRIBLE ! La chambre était extrêmement humide, au point que tout était collant. Mais le pire, c'était le cafard géant qui courait dans le Jacuzzi a notre arrivé. Il y avait des vêtements sales qui traînaient sur le balcon, laissés par les précédents occupants. Une honte totale ! Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Golds Suite & Spa. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful even though we did not speak Italian. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants sightseeing and shopping. We would stay there again.
