La posizione davvero strategica perche è a due passi dal centro dove potete raggiungere facilmente a piedi. Stanze graziose e ben pulite. Complimenti sopratutto al ragazzo che ci ha fatto fare il check-in davvero gentile e molto disponibile, il contrario de titolare che ha spento il telefono e non potevamo contattarlo. Forse ritorneremo.

Abbiamo prenotato la stanza nera, elegante e molto confortevole. Ambienti separati, letto super comodo, idromassaggio fenomenale e bagno enorme con doccia idromassaggio stratosferica. Personale molto gentile, insomma ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Camere situate nel cuore di Palermo, difficoltà di parcheggio abbastanza evidente, acqua dell’ idromassaggio sporca con resuidi al suo interno, pulizia camere 5 su 10. Offrono kit doccia, tovaglie, e phon. Dovrebbero aumentare la pulizia, attrezzarsi ad un parcheggio per clienti e controllare meglio l’acqua delle vasce idromassaggio!

Ne vous affolez pas quand vous poussez la porte donnant sur la rue,la cour intérieure et l’escalier menant au deuxième étage ne sont pas attirantes !!!!! Une fois rentré dans l’hôtel changement de décor,c’est refait à neuf,les chambres sont bien équipées,la literie est bonne et la salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne est parfaite. Personnel sympa même si en dehors de l’Italien c’est compliqué. Hôtel très bien placé,proche des restaurants et des principaux monuments.

Posso dire che la posizione della suite è perfetta praticamente molto vicina al centro e soprattutto in una strada principale della città , personale gentilissimo e reception in qualunque momento disponibile anche telefonicamente, la camera e bagno puliti, una pulizia perfetta. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Note de 0. Rien à voir avec une suite, une chambre glauque dans un bâtiment en ruine qui menace de s'effondrer. À fuir, nous avons vu une puce de lit se balader, nous avons demandé une solution à l'hôte qui n'en avait pas évidemment.... Nous avons cherché un autre hôtel dans Palerme en pleine nuit avec ma conjointe enceinte... Aucun remboursement par le propriétaire alors que nous avons passé 1h dans sa chambre insalubre. Pour le reste il y a des odeurs désagréables d'égouts, bref c'est de loin la pire expérience dans un hôtel. A ÉVITER !!! Le seul hôtel durant notre périple en Sicile qui fait payer la chambre à l'arrivée on comprend pourquoi....

Perfetto a due passi dal centro , personale gentilissimo pulizia perfetta , camera e bagno molto grandi….il giorno della partenza ci fanno mettere i bagagli nel ripostiglio e addirittura usare il bagno personale x sciacquarli prima di partire ….tutto top
