Room is very nice, view are amazing, food are nice, staff are friendly especially on the breakfast area, been staying in here for bussines or family pleasure and always been happy with the service, will stay in here again next time.

Overall, the facilities were good. However, the spa facilities were not good, and the spa operating hours were different from the advertisement. I only ran it for a while in the afternoon

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Palembang, no doubt about it! The only drawback is that it is far away from many places. There are no other problems, from the surrounding facilities, meals to hygiene and services, they are all normal. The living environment is so good!! The best choice for relaxation.

The room environment is very good, the facilities are a bit old. After checking in, the hotel asked for 200,000 Indonesian rupiah for swimming fees. I refused to pay and never asked again. The service is very good and the environment is OK, but it is still far behind domestic hotels of the same price.

The layout of this hotel made me uncomfortable. The ceiling in the room was very high. I felt uncomfortable as soon as I entered the room and couldn't sleep all night.

The room is very small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. The two adults and two children paid extra to get a suite, which is basically not available for Chinese people. The children loved the outdoor swimming pool and the food was mainly local food. The staff service is very good.
