Nice place for relaxing for couple days. It has big and nice pool. The pool guard (Dilash) is just amazing. He is always there to help you with everything. I hope the hotell will upgrade him. The woman in reception is aweful, she seems to be always tierd, and she never smiled, The hotel should change receptionist. We drove with our tuktuk to The hotel wich was very difficult, so dont do that!! Breakfast was ok but nothing more. There is a nice bar with a god service. Hotel rooms are little bit old.

Amazing experience. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The food is incredible, my wife is gluten free and has coeliac, therefore, she becomes very sick if she's eats food containing gluten. The head of the restaurant, I believe his name was Dilshan (apologize if this is wrong) was outstanding, he went out of his way to go through all the meals with my stating which ones were gluten free and even provided a plate of desserts which he got the chef to make specifically for her. Such a kind hearted gentleman. The service was phenomenal as per the other Jetwings we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

Jetwing is a local high-end hotel chain. This Jetwing Yala feels older, and the furniture and facilities are older. Since it is near Yala Park, the ecological environment is very good. There are also many insects in the hotel, which is more primitive. The lighting in the room is dim, especially in the bathroom, because it is open-air and there is no light. Taking a shower at night means taking a shower in the dark, and the voices of the people in the next room in the bathroom can be heard clearly. The bed is quite comfortable. The hotel breakfast starts from 7 am to 10:30 am, and there is no buffet for lunch, but ordering. Dinner is from 19:00 to 22:30, which is a buffet with BBQ, but there are a lot of flies in the hotel. The advantage is that it is relatively close to Yala Park, about 10 minutes away. You usually have to set off at around 5:30 am to go to Yala Park, and the animals are usually... Yala Park opens at 6 am.

This place is close to the sea and Safari, very convenient. The scenery is also nice and the food is pretty good. The bathroom is big, there is a dead cockroach at the door, I asked the waiter to clean it up. After a few days in Lanka, I have actually gotten used to bugs and geckos😱

We went to safari in the morning. The takeaway breakfast was hard to describe. The environment was quite simple, but it was next to Yala National Park and the location was good. It was a good choice to sleep there for one night and go to safari the next day. It is recommended to come back and have breakfast instead of takeaway.

The curtains had to be kept closed and there was no sea view. I gave the front desk 10 dollars to change the room and was told that the reservation was already full and there was no other option. I changed rooms, but when I was eating and sleeping at night, the whole row was dark and there were not many guests! 2. I went to a hotel to exchange 60 rupees for rupees. I agreed at first, but then they said there was a problem with their exchange system and refused to change the money. Ctrip called and asked them and they actually said that I wanted to exchange 200 rupees with them and they didn’t have that many rupees. They were lying! 3. The hotel is in a remote location, and a section of the road is flooded, so the chartered car cannot reach it. We asked the hotel to send us to a location where the driver can pick us up (the hotel's car picked us up when we checked in). The hotel first said that the water had receded and asked our driver to go there. My driver looked at it and couldn't pass it. The hotel front desk openly told me that if I gave him 4,000 rupees, he could send us there! After I refused, the hotel finally agreed to send us there, and we started waiting. Other guests left one after another. I kept urging, and kept telling me to wait for another 15 minutes. It wasn't until I waited for more than 2 hours that I couldn't bear it anymore. I took out my next order for the jetwing light house and told him that if he didn't send us out immediately, I would cancel the following order and complain to them. It was their inaction. of! After saying that, the car arrived in less than 10 minutes! During this period, I communicated with the driver and the person in charge of the chartered car company, and they all said that Jetwing's service was very poor. My driver almost wanted to beat me up, and I have already encountered more than one or two Chinese customers who said there was a problem with the service! Steady and steady!

Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, very natural and wild. We saw wild boars, monkeys and cows by the swimming pool. There are many stars in the sky at night, and the buffet is also good. We went to Yala Park early the next morning. You can ask the hotel to take it away and just go to the front desk to pick it up in the morning. Disadvantages: The facilities are quite poor. The mattress that was moved to the extra bed was moldy and full of stains. The water was very unstable when it was hot and cold. The attitude of the service staff was also quite bad. It was not formal. It was different from other jetwings that went there at the same time. Yes, the service staff are the worst.

The room has a safari style, the room is very spacious, and the shower room is quite unique. The hotel is very close to Yala National Park, a 10-minute drive. It is a very suitable hotel to get up early at 5 o'clock to catch the first wave of convoys to visit the wild animals in the park.
