Large well appointed room. Great service. Right at the centre of town. A mall where I was able to buy reading glasses. Would definitely stay again.

Room and bathroom are big. Staff is extremely helpful. AC was just enough to cool for comfortable temperatures. There were some spots on bed linens.

The reception was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The front rooms have a view to Tjilik Riwut statue and Bundaran Besar.

Nice but the amenities wasn't as written.

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

What surprised me the most and shouldn't have happened in a hotel like Neo, I found that all types of sugar that were refilled had expired on January 28, 2025, while I stayed on February 17, 2025, can you imagine? Did the people who stayed before me use the refilled sugar? 2. The high price is not in accordance with what is obtained from a hotel of its class, it's like a regular hotel 3. The room is noisy because the sound of the cinema penetrates the room so it is certain that you can't sleep, if you can sleep around 12 midnight after the cinema closes, I asked the receptionist and they said it didn't penetrate, the sound, is it me who doesn't have ears or is she pretending not to know 4. In the middle of the night around 2-4 in the morning there must be someone noisy on the street, the door of the room 5. Glasses after drinking are not washed again 6. The bathroom light goes out even though it wasn't off before

Hotel Neo Palangkaraya offers quite good comfort at an affordable price. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and strategic location. Suitable for business trips or short vacations.

The food is delicious, I also got Chinese New Year red envelopes, thank you ☺
