La piscine était en réparation mais à part ça l’hôtel est incroyable super beau et le personnel est tout aussi incroyable tout est très propre tout était parfait. Merci ☺️

Pesima atencion al cliente. Escapada en pareja planificada meses atras. Habiamos reservado dos noches Grand Suite con terraza en media pension, no es barato precisamente. Esperabamos disfrutar de una escapada de relax y desconexion. Sin aviso previo al llegar nos indican que la piscina esta inutilizada y que esperan tenerla arreglada por la tarde, que nos avisaran. Nadie nos avisa y al preguntar por la tarde la respuesta es que tardaran de 5 a 7 dias en arreglarla. No solo no es de recibo la falta de mantenimiento que les puede provocar tener la piscina inutilitzada en un hotel de 5 estrellas en pleno verano sino que lo que es del todo inadmisible es que no ofrezcan ninguna alternativa ni compensacion alguna por el grave inconveniente. Es una masia aislada con pocos servicios, la piscina es basica en verano. Por supuesto nos marchamos pero ya nos habian arruinado las vacaciones. Grupo ANDILANA se nota como valorais la satisfaccion del cliente. No volveremos a ningun establecimiento del grupo. Los imprevistos suceden, lo que una empresa no se puede permitir es no estar a la altura a la hora de intentar resolverlo y almenos mitigar el descontento de los clientes.

Preciosa masía en plena naturaleza, convertida en hotel de 5 estrellas. Nuestra habitación era un torreón, muy original y amplia, cama muy cómoda. Tranquilidad y silencio de noche. El desayuno fue muy completo y con productos de calidad, servido en un espacio relajado y silencioso. Personal muy amable y profesional. La casa está rodeada de naturaleza y muy cerca de la playa Castell, emblemática playa que se conserva sin construcciones y rodeada de vegetación.

Angeschlossenes Restaurant zwar nicht unser Stil bzgl Einrichtung, aber großartiges Essen und netter Service.

We went for lunch today. Compared to many local restaurants it was not inexpensive. However having been before, some time ago, it's a good location, not far from home, and the dining room is lovely. I don't know if there's a new ownership but lunch today was just awful. My husband had two dishes with additional supplements. The first was Burrata with salsa. The Burrata was tough. Maybe past it's best? The mango and tomato salsa not ripe, hard and tasteless. His steak was served with a few rocket leaves on top a grating of parmesan and nothing else. I gave him half of the potatoes served with my very tiny fish. Crema Catalana was our dessert of choice. A staple on any menu. This one came from a packet, looked and tasted awful. The caramel crispy layer was almost non existent. We both left it after a spoonful. The waiter offered us something else instead. My husband declined. I chose profiteroles. They had obviously been frozen and microwaved before serving so hot and running in the middle and inedible. This is such a pity. What a lovely location and such bad food.

Hemos estado tres días en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva pero....según mi opinión personal a tener encuenta dos cositas, la falta de una cafetera y un poco de iluminación en los jardines para bajar la cena del restaurante que ha sido buenísima y con unos postres deliciosos y con la Atención de Redouane y otro chico que no se su nombre excelente dispuestos a cualquier petición. Él desayuno tremendo imposible terminárselo todo y atendido por Gemma super amable y cercana con una sonrisa de oreja a oreja, él recibimiento de Sergio impecable y la atención de Sonia, en definitiva yo que he sido de la profesión un 10 para el personal un 10 para la limpieza un 10 para las estancias y un 10 para el entorno
