Wonderful 8 day stay.Hotel rooms spotless, good comfortable bed, great power shower. Wonderful and helpful staff thanks to Georgia,Nick,Adonis, Theodore and Alex. Breakfast superb, lots of choices, eggs bacon fresh fruit, coffee tea, yogurt, honey,pancakes,baclava,pastries,cereals, toast, breads. Thanks for great service from Ellena and Yanis and all kitchen staff. Pool area clean.nice multi gym. No request is too much,thank Olga (owner).

The hotel ambience is more that of a children/family focused hotel than an adult/relaxing hotel. The much featured pool is probably something adult couples will prefer to avoid due to the liveliness of the children in the pool from morning to evening. We didn’t spend one minute by the pool due to the commotion. Room Good bed. A/C premium quality, very silent. Sadly the refrigerator is quite the opposite, and we had it turned off for the entire stay. Sounded somewhere an airplane engine and a faulty A/C unit. Bathroom Nice set of amenities, quality towels. But incomprehensible that the shower is completely open to the bathroom. No shielding what so ever. The floor will be flooded after your bath. Suggest the owners rethink the bathroom design and install shielding. Breakfast Above average selection. The fried eggs too industrial though. Lobby Receptionist very service minded and professional. Would we return? Maybe, outside the high season when the children families aren’t there.

Wir kommen schon seit 2018 jedes Jahr nach Paleochera und hatten verschiedenste Unterkünfte. Dieses Jahr waren wir auf Empfehlung von Bekannten im Relax Hotel . Was soll ich sagen , wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt . Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool , Garten ( Papayabäumen ) . Der Empfang und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber, gute Betten , Handtücher wurden täglich getauscht. Einziges Manko ,die Kästen könnten größer sein,da für 2 Pers./2 Wochen der Ablageplatz nicht ausreichend ist. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und sehr vielfältig. Es wird laufend nachgereicht. Personal sehr aufmerksam . Toll ist die Strandnähe, da nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Leihwagenfirma Notos im Haus , ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Buchen seit Jahren bei Notos und haben damit die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich glaube, wir haben unser Hotel für weitere Urlaube in Paleochera gefunden, das Relax Hotel !! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

We had a very happy stay here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms and premises were kept very clean, with towels and sheets changed regularly. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a large choice, everything I tried was great. The hotel is opposite the beach, and a neighbouring beach bar that was very handy for a drink or a bite. A few hundred yards walk and you're in the main village area, where there is a good range of places for eating and drinking.

Very friendly and nice owner couple.Staff too.Clean and well treated hotel.We are certain to come back here to this beautiful paradise. Breakfast is very good and varies every morning.Room is tidy every day. Just by side is very good rental car acency. Big recommendation.

Best in town… Relax Hotel, a stone’s throw from the sandy beach in Paleochora is a wonderful boutique hotel. A range of beautifully appointed rooms ranging from penthouse with jacuzzi to smart doubles, Relax lives up to its name. A family run hotel where the owners and staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Nothing is too much trouble. Add in a swimming pool, bar and breakfast area poolside, a gym and more you have the perfect base for a great stay. This is not the first time we’ve stayed here nor will it be our last.

Excellent in every aspect. Will definitely visit again. The staff were all extremely nice particularly Jurgen, both receptionists and the cleaning staff.
