I booked a budget room, but I didn't expect that there was no air conditioning and the temperature in the room was over 40 degrees. The electric fan does not help at all. The stairs are not up to standard and can only be stepped half way down. When going downstairs, you have to walk sideways. I went to the reception desk and told them that such a room cannot be rented to tourists. They said that there are air-conditioned rooms, but they have to pay extra. I had no choice but to add 7 US dollars according to their request. When I asked for a receipt, they said they could not give me the extra money. Issue receipts. The power and water were cut off at 6 o'clock the next morning. I contacted them and they said they would have electricity and water until 8 o'clock. I request your platform to strictly review the facilities of its hotels, and the information reported to tourists should be as accurate as possible. If I give a bad rating staying 4 days at the hotel they never cleaned my room and I had to go to reception to get soap and towel
