The location of the hotel I booked on Trip.com was completely different from the actual hotel location, so I got drenched in the rain and barely managed to get there by asking the locals. I told Trip.com and they probably would have fixed it. As for the hotel, the staff were very, very, very friendly, but the facilities felt a bit old. The bed creaked a lot every time I moved. The price was not cheap, so I was a bit disappointed. The location was also far from the tourist area, so it was very inconvenient to get around. However, the sincere attitude and kindness of the staff made everything forgiven.
