I am pleased with the service and the hospitality extended by the staff. It is a nice environment, and they provided excellent delicious breakfast.
However, some improvements are needed.
1) Sanitation. There are many houseflies in the hotel room. This can be better managed. And dogs should not be allowed into the breakfast area.
2) There are ongoing construction nearby during my stay. One is a minor hacking in one of the rooms. Another is a major construction opposite the river from my room. The construction started pretty early. The construction work can be seen from 2 of the photos posted.

Quiet accommodation There is a small cafe in the accommodation to sit and work. The owner takes good care of it. Take care and ask for comfort. I am very impressed with the bathroom.

My brother's place is comfortable. The price is good. It's on the way up to Khao Yai. At the entrance, there's a craft beer shop with good prices and delicious food.

The room had a dead lizard balcony looked like not been cleaned .
Breakfast eggs and food was cold tasteless with a lack of choice.
Location is the good part very central to everything as long as you drive.
Some staff very friendly but some not even a smile
I think the management’s could resolve this shortfalls to make it a good location to stay.
For me I would not rebook this hotel again.

It is located quite central to everything, but it is a long, windy road to reach the resort from the main road. The resort is beautiful but dated. It is surrounded by lush green, but I think we were the only room occupied there.

Completely independent room, very quiet, but the location is too remote, it is not convenient to go out for dinner, the location is not easy to find, if you don't drive, you can't go there. Except for the staff, I didn't see anyone during the two days I stayed in the hotel, but the staff were very enthusiastic and their English level was also good.

The bedroom is good, the air conditioning is cool and comfortable, there are 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, the living room is wide and airy, not cramped. The journey is not too far and you can visit nearby areas. The staff were friendly and homely. It looks like the owner rents out the house. Quite quiet, need to find things to buy because there are no shops in the area. Prices are ok.
