I had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement:
1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool.
2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent.
3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

The front desk upgraded the room to more than 4,000 yuan. The living room is super large and can sleep several people. It only cost 300 yuan more. The hotel restaurant tastes average, but everything else is good.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the first night. The room was large and comfortable for three people. There was a problem with the first bedroom. You had to walk through a long corridor to reach the living room, which felt like it was divided into two spaces. On the second night, we transferred to the Heritage Railcar Villa, which was amazing. The family had two car passes to themselves. It was a unique experience that I had never had before! The accommodation and park environment are amazing, but the food in the French restaurant is average and expensive. If you just want to experience the antique car environment, you can choose Tea Carriage for afternoon tea, but Tes Carriage is closed on Tuesdays, so check it out before you go to the hotel.

Great ambiance and environment being surrounded by nature. Nestled next to the Khao Yai Nature Park.
Room was clean and tidy. Service staff were friendly. Breakfast and dinner had ample choices.
The only complain I had was dinner took very long to be served on the first night. Provided feedback and the issue was rectified.
Will visit again if I am ever in Khao Yai!
