verall, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere — it truly feels like being in Tuscany. The surrounding views and ambiance are beautiful and relaxing.
However, we booked a room for four people and unfortunately encountered multiple cockroaches during our stay. We informed the staff, and they were quick to assist and remove them. Despite this, we found more insects the following day. The staff mentioned that it might be due to the rainy season, but we believe it’s likely because this type of room isn’t booked often and may not be maintained as regularly as other rooms.
Others in our group stayed in different room types and didn’t experience the same issue. If you’re considering staying here, we recommend choosing one of the other room types instead.

Clean, Cozy, and Absolutely Worth It!
I had a fantastic stay at Toscana Hotel la Casetta with friends. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch — spotless and fresh-smelling from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect and super convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The room quite humid and not sure because of the weather or something, we found the cocktoach flied out somewhere may be from the AC in middle of the night.
The room service arranged to took it out verry fast.
Not fair for the price we spent for two nights.
Same reason for breakfast, many flys on food.
