Gone downhill from last year. No draught beer, advert for 2 for 1 not available and staff not trained to make drinks so went elsewhere. Weird dj in the afternoon but rooms not ready at check in. Tables not cleared.

Nice modern hotel with spacious rooms that were tidy. Would recommend

Had an issue where I booked three rooms but the hotel could only find the one room booked. Showed the staff my booking details from Trip and they could see I had three. After about 20 minutes they gave me the two additional rooms and they said they would investigate. Really pleased that they were able to sort this out very quickly. Breakfast was really good. Only two minutes walk to the sea front. We had access to the the site 25 hour gym and their spa. My mum was the only one who went and she enjoyed it. Would definitely go back again.

Nice hotel, well positioned and reception staff were nice and friendly. As for the cleaning, it was awful. My wife and I always pulled the quilt over to tidy the bed, and the housekeeping team didn't touch it. They have no idea how to use a vacuum. The floor felt grubby under foot. The dusting left a lot to the imagination, and they never cleaned the bathroom at all. There were spots all over the mirror, I wiped most off and water stains on the shelf and down the wall under the sink. They need training properly

There's much to like here. This is a modern hotel which is well equipped if functional rather than luxurious. Our 'superior' room had two panoramic windows affording great views of the seafront. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom well-equipped with an excellent walk-in shower and controllable built-in air conditioning. Where the hotel falls down was understaffing. The reception desk and bar were unstaffed for periods. Others have complained that requested servicing of rooms didn't occur though ours was when requested though the carpet needed a good vacuuming! Breakfast was adequate given the class of hotel though I can't recall eating worse scrambled eggs on this country. However the coffee from the machine was very good as coffee-with-breakfast goes. This hotel is located in a super position and could be excellent if it sorts out its small number of shortcomings, which I'm sure it could easily do.
