Had an issue where I booked three rooms but the hotel could only find the one room booked. Showed the staff my booking details from Trip and they could see I had three. After about 20 minutes they gave me the two additional rooms and they said they would investigate. Really pleased that they were able to sort this out very quickly. Breakfast was really good. Only two minutes walk to the sea front. We had access to the the site 25 hour gym and their spa. My mum was the only one who went and she enjoyed it. Would definitely go back again.

Stayed in the Mecure but used the dry spa in the Ibis. I cannot recommend Mel enough, she was so friendly and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. She picked up straight away where my back injury was. She gave great recommendations for places to go this evening & the treatment was finished off with some free skin care to take home! My back massage ended with a head massage and it was immense, I’m already looking at when I can return for another one! Thank you Mel :)

Wonderful staff and location.
Great location, we had a fantastic view, food was great and Mel in the Spa was not only brilliant at her role but all over the hotel providing a very warm welcome and a beautiful smile. All of the team were helpful and welcoming.
The only issue was the design of the shower as the water was allowed to flow out of the shower. This aside, we will definitely stay again and would highly recommend a break at the Ibis Paignton.

My stay at the lbis hotel was very pleasant. Right away the receptionist was polite and friendly. My room was very clean and everything worked. Parking is limited under the hotel but there is loads of parking around the hotel on surface roads.
I found that the breakfast layout didnt flow as well as other hotels but the staff more than made up for and picking i can say.
