The villa is beautiful, though the walk from the check in to the villa is far (we got the river view) so not for those handicap people to lug bags around. The spa pool in the room are not cleaned, so it's a waste of one of the best features. The entrance is hard to find so try not to go at night, one 1 staff working that I saw for check in, the walk to the villa is also quite dark. TIPS: Quite alot of insect, so bring your own insecticide if you hate bugs. They have a hot spa pool though, bring your swim suit.

The hotel is not big, and there are several rooms that seem to have not been renovated. It is about one kilometer away from the bus station. The key points are the advantages: 1. The service of the hotel is very good. There is a young man who can speak Chinese to take care of the pick-up and drop-off, which is convenient for entering and leaving; 2. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the Chinese brother explained to us for a long time with the map; 3. The breakfast is rich, with rice noodles, fried rice noodles, various fruit juices, and the taste is not bad; 4. We are the only Chinese in the whole hotel. Sunrise came to have breakfast, and there were only seven of us; 5. We booked a room on the first floor where we could go boating directly, and the price was only 500 (RMB), with free fruit and afternoon tea.

Of all the pluses of the hotel I can only mark the pool and location of the hotel. All the rest is minus. The hotel is old, in the room is broken showers, the sockets are broken, the carnisses are broken, feared to touch anything so that it doesn't fall, all the twisted.. But the most important minus is the hearing in the rooms! We couldn't sleep, screaming down in the bar until the night, then the neighbors returned. In general, even for this money, wouldn't have returned.

Nice hotel situated near to the main walking street in Pai. Our ground floor room was spacious with a large bed and lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The toilet and shower were a little bit claustrophobic. The pool was clean at the start of our stay however turned a murky green colour in the last days.

Country park-style resort hotel, right by the river, ten minutes walk from the center, all kinds of convenience, but the bar is too noisy at night~ the service is still good, it is recommended that the flowers and plants be properly trimmed~ many messy places are very unsightly! It is situated rather far away from the walking street but made up by the free transport arrangement to bring guests to and back from the town centre where eateries and bars are located. The single pro and con are both related to its location and accessibility. Furthermore, from the micro perspective, accessibility is also about within the premises. It is certainly not wheel chair friendly and those carrying luggages should avoid upper floor as it is staircase only. In fact I think the hotel management should advise its customers that they should not bring their luggage along to check in but after checking in at the counter, then bring the luggage via the carpark slop, to avoid climbing steps to reach their rooms My second take on this lace is that while it is named a resort and indeed its external environment is a resort like setting, the rooms need to maintain a certain degree of upkeep in housekeeping. The bathroom is certain ly below expectation - at best 2-star. I am not sure why the handle of the shower is made entire of metal as when hot water passes through it, it is quite impossible to hold it without being “burned”. The water pressure of the heater is inconsistent thus resulted in uneven passing out of hot water, making balancing a continuous fussing game. It is such a pity that such minus issues are overlooked by the hotel management which may affect retuning customers.

Friendly welcome, upgraded to swim up room which I would highly recommend. Small issue with payment which was promptly rectified, room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. Complimentary snacks and sodas with excellent bathroom amenities. Location cannot be beaten right on the corner of walking street. Pai has a very relaxed vibe and this hotel continues that theme. I enjoyed my three days here. It is well located in the city center, the rooms are modernly decorated, very clean and free wifi. The first floor is very beautiful, with a large wooden pavilion in the middle, with comfortable cushions and a variety of books. The waiters were friendly and helpful, especially Neung, very enthusiastic (on the map) to point us out the places to play inside and outside the hotel. She is very talented and really makes me feel welcome and cherished. I will definitely come back later.

Mr Van & Sam are so helpful every time i have requests they will fulfil it . It was a memorable & relaxing stay in this secluded area . We love it. Definitely will be back when i'm Pai. 🤩

This resort is perfectly located a few short miles from the busy activity of Pai town and major tourist attractions. The bungalows are spread across the landscaped terraces, separated by flowering trees and fish ponds. The resort sits among the rice fields of the Pai River valley, with views of mountain ranges on two sides. The setting is peaceful -- with the sounds of tree frogs, wild birds, geckos and the occasional farm animal providing a natural orchestra. The new owner, Vanda, is a fantastic hostess and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have the information you need to make the most out of Pai's many attractions. In Jan 2023 the resort installed new, spring mattresses and upgraded internet service and wifi technology to the best available in Thailand. The free, high-speed wifi service is available resort-wide, making the Pond Terrace a perfect shared workspace for digital nomads and those traveling for work. The breakfast options (included in the price) included Muesli with yogurt or honey, French Toast, or full American Breakfast. Fresh tropical fruit from local farms is included with each. Finally, the coffee options included American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte made from freshly ground coffee beans from northern Thailand. We have lived and travelled in Thailand for 8 years. This resort ticks all the boxes! We will return--often!

GGuest UserVillage hut style rooms are compact and non sound proof so your neighbor does hear u rocking the bed or squelchy floorboard while u walk around. 3 car lot just at front of hotel along a busy street that turn into a night market infused with scooters for rental and bars. Seconds away from street food. Lovely frog sounds while u sleep. Muzzie coil are provided daily. Simple breakfast menu and not bad chargrill steak at night. Housekeeping does provide random gift/staff every evening.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful relaxing time at the Quarter Pai. We had two rooms with a shared balcony for our family - two adults and two children. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated and the cleaning was effective. The hotel staff were helpful - for example using the pool net to rescue a small ball that nearly got lost under the low balcony outside our room. The pool was great for the kids and we spent lots of time playing in it. There are very shallow sections at one end for younger children. The reception staff were helpful and attentive, though sometimes google translate came in handy. The hotel is a a short walk out of town (5-10 minutes from the start of the main 'walking street') and the hotel runs a shuttle which is helpful on very hot days or in the rain. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel when we were there to spruce it up after the quieter times that all of the hotels in this area have experienced. Pai itself is lovely. There are tons of lovely small cafes and little shops. Lots of activities nearby. And it's easy to get to with a 3-4 hour bus journey from Chiang Mai. The hotel breakfast was good.

GGennievioletWhile this is 20 mins walk or 5 min drive away from the main walking street, the tranquil surroundings aid in peaceful sleep apart from a few roosters crowing in the morning. The hotel is very safe as the owner will lock it up with an electronic locker from 11pm. Cozy and not crowded at all....with 7 eleven nearby as well. The owner is a really nice and honest chap who passed me back money that i accidentally dropped at the resort. The space may be tiny but for a solo traveller, it was gd. The room is clean and bed relatively comfortable. But the shower heater doesnt seem to work well. The staff are warm and friendly. While the breakfast is simple, it has a good home cooked meal. And yes it is just next door to Pai Yoga Shala a lovely yoga studio run and owned by nice Thai lady. Dropped in for a nice yoga class in the morning and enjoyed the vinyasa class.

亚亚当Absolutely stunning little cottage cabins perched on the bottom slope of a hill. Close enough to the east side of ”downtown” pai (especially if you rent a bike). The sunset views from second floor bungalow balconies (I recommend #7; no one staying directly below) and the two cabins around the little pond are fantastic. For the negatives, the close proximity of the cabins can be annoying (when, for example, you have a selfish gap-year kid next door listening to his lame-ass music at midnight), which also means there's not a lot of sound privacy to most of the cabins. But it's not unbearable. The shower pressure is crappy (same as most places), and I would have liked bottled water every day, or a way to get drinking water other than walking to the reception during working hours to get more water. Overall, a really beautiful spot and well managed, recommended.

初初一姑娘Very beautiful, very beautiful, I have sprung up, the idea of coming here to care for the elderly! It is not far from the Pai River. From the hotel to the city, you only need to cross a river, about 5 minutes. Although the breakfast is simple, it is delicious! Free coffee, the room is beautiful, perfect for vacation, sunbathing and leisure time! The only bad thing is that you will hear rat jumping on the roof at night.

GGuest UserThe location is great for someone who wants to not be in the busy center of Pai but not to be very Far from it(12 minutes walk).
As for the room they were great but there were 2 things that weren’t very good.
1.shower water didn’t get very hot and was lukewarm.
2.the finishing of the room is not good, the walls are not plastered and painted well, the floor is part concrete, and there are tubes all over the room.
As for the resort it was beautiful, with a lovely pool and garden.

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.
