I didn't do a reservation before I got to this place. The lady at the reception was very friendly and I was able to have a look at the cottage before booking. The room is not large but good for 1-2 guests. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and functional (including the hot water system). Great location as you are walking distance away from town centre. It is a good place to have a relaxing time but not far from the town. Garden area and pool is well maintained. They also have a café/restaurant where you can sit overlooking the river. I had only some drinks (juices) and they were good, but they offer food and other drinks as well.

We komen hier nu voor de derde keer. En het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn! Kamers zijn proper, knus en van alle comfort voorzien. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En dan het ontbijt… het BESTE ontbijt in heel Thailand!!!! Zooooo lekker😋 Vers fruit, pannekoeken, french toast, eitjes, … je noemt het en het is er. Een echte aanrader!!!

Enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in your own “house”! Everything neat and tidy. Staff at the bar/restaurant are very friendly and have an extensive menu for breakfast and lunch. The music in the restaurant is very hotel lobby-like, which is a bit boring, but otherwise it's lovely to sit by the water!

The staff was nice and the place around looked beautiful, but even though we arrived at 4:00 PM we waited for the room for half an hour and when we entered the cabin we saw that in the bathroom there was a gap between the ceiling (which is made of plastic, I think) and the wall and from there two lizards and a lot of ants entered the bathroom (the ants also entered the bedroom). The door of the bathroom doesn't close all the way, so the lizards and mosquitoes can enter the adjacent bedroom. The staff told us to wait until tomorrow to change rooms because everything was full (a small resort). We decided that we didn't want to stay and that we wanted the money back, no matter how much we talked and explained they wanted to charge us for the night we arrived even though we didn't sleep, we wasted time and money trying to get Booking and book a new hotel for that night. After an argument and even though the hotel refused to return the money, Booking refunded us all the money and the resott received payment for the night from Booking. We intentionally paid a relatively high price for Pai, in order to get a quality and unfortunately that's not what happened.

Fantastic location great rooms and friendly helpful staff, We paid for an extra night last minute as I hurt my back and didn’t feel I would be able to ride my bike and when we didn’t need it, they did not hesitate to refund, a laundry service would have been a bonus but not a big deal as lots in the area, I would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very well situated in a quiet spot on the river but very close to all the amenities of Pai. It is very well run, exceptionally clean and the breakfasts were really delicious. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and it had a veranda overlooking the lovely pool. The owner and all the staff were kind, helpful and friendly . Thank you for a lovely stay.
