Water facility was not there. One mug for all washroom related activities. Also the heating was not enough. One normal blower for room heating not sufficient

Dirty rooms smelly curtains and blankets & mattresses, poor food, not provided the breakfast even this was added in booking. Staff & hotel manager behaviour was very rude.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the main market, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
