The trainstation is within walking distance and it is about a 15 minute walk into the city of Padova. The front desk immediately resolved any issues we had and were extremely polite.

It's an old hotel with very dim lighting. The service is average. For example, I submitted the laundry service to the hotel several times, but they didn't confirm it. The attitude of the front desk was also bad. The service varies from person to person. But the town is still pretty and worth a visit.

I always choose to stay at NH Hotel. I am quite satisfied with the service, environment and hygiene. I like to have a drink in the sky restaurant/skybar at night and overlook the city night view. If there is NH HOTEL in the next city, I will still choose it.
