Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The family room size was good with complimentary drinks available in the fridge. Location was quite close to the town. Free parking was available. Will book again when visiting Oxford next time.
We stayed just one night to meet family members for dinner in Oxford.
It is very well located for the city cetre. Despite that, it is in a quiet location and we had a good night's rest in a small but comfortable room.
It lacks the range of facilites that you may want for a long stay. For example, it has no lounge, restaurant or lifts, which is the only reason I could not give 5 /5 for facilites. What facitlities is does have are good: in room tea and coffee making, television, radio and WiFi. Staff are friendly and helpful.
We came by car and used the Park and Ride system, which is excellent. Oxford bus services are good. The hotel is also only a short taxi ride from the station if you go by train.
The hotel was ideal for a short stay and we will use it again.
I was in the Red Room which had the most fabulous view over Jesus College. The set up worked really well. The bathroom was a bit mouldy in some areas and the arrival instructions were confusing. Worth all that to get the view and location.

The location is first class and the service is very good, but the old house does not have an elevator.
Relying on the core commercial street, extremely convenient at the same time, it is a bit noisy at night.
No air conditioning, no problem with the current temperature. The ventilation in the bathroom needs to be improved.
Very good, good location, close to several museums, and there are many restaurants nearby. However, when booking a double room, the hotel inexplicably assumed that three people were staying, and directly stuffed a sofa bed into the room, which made the room look very small. Because the helper was not there, I had to fold it up myself. There was occasional noise at night, which might be because the house is too old, but old houses are like this and it is understandable.
I came to the UK for 12 days this time. This is my first time writing a review because I want to tell everyone not to step on the pit. 1. The hotel is newly opened and the location is very convenient. It is next to Trinity College and the commercial street. It is convenient for eating and playing.
2. The hotel room is large in this location because all the facilities are new and relatively complete. The corridor is a bit like a maze, and there are four doors to the room.
3. I want to complain that parking is inconvenient. You have to go to the parking lot of the nearby shopping mall. The navigation basically can't get downstairs, so you need to find it slowly by yourself.
4. Check in on August 1, 2024. The hotel is newly renovated. The smell is very strong and choking. The window of the room cannot be opened, and the smell cannot be released. It feels like a human filter for a night. The smell is so strong that you can't open your eyes🥵
5. Be sure to pay attention to the toilet button in the hotel bathroom. It is easy to get your hand pinched when you press it. I was pinched. Due to language problems, I did not negotiate with the hotel. If I were in China, I should have stayed for free.
Clean and tidy, with double-glazed windows, it is very suitable for short-term business trips. Located on the main street, it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a theater opposite where you can watch a play. There are restaurants of various flavors around that can meet your needs. It is highly recommended!
The hotel is located in a lively area of Oxford, just a step away from Oxford Bus Station. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area, especially a market next to the hotel, which opens on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Hotel facilities are a bit old, no lift, but the room size is OK, the bathroom is a bit cramped. Since it is along the street, there are more people on Saturday night. Customer service can, especially the boss is very kind and enthusiastic about introducing Oxford.
