It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room
But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable.
The receptionist was charming

Stay here often, rooms standard and restaurant/bar facilities mediocre tbh and don’t use them but what is fantastic or should I say who is a staff member by the name of Silva, so helpful, kind and always goes that extra mile! Shout out to Silva!

The room was adequate but very hot with windows that where sealed shut so had to request a fan. Unable to check in at 15:00 had to wait in Reception til 16:15 and when speaking to Manager no apology offered and only when we requested free breakfast was unhappy but would be done and when we arrived for breakfast told not on list! we had a two medical appointments at Oxford Hospital

Very good room, value for money, bed very comfy, room was clean and services were adequate, food excellent choice both evening and breakfast, meal deal was very good. Only criticism in the room was the omission of a hand rail in the shower which was slippery when wet.

I think just being in Oxford inflates the prices here. I paid £175 for two nights. If I’d paid less I probably wouldn’t have overlooked the issues a bit more. Great bed and general facilities but the sink had an unpleasant smell coming through the drain and the skirting boards were pretty grim. I could also hear a lot through the ceiling/walls. I’m glad I’m a heavy sleeper.

Silva was very helpful and sorted a family room out for us at late notice, after a mistake made by myself when booking. Great service. The other staff were also very friendly both in hotel and restaurant. Would recommend this hotel to families.
