The hotel is located in a quiet side street. It takes only two or three minutes to walk to the lively area, which is more convenient. Old building, no elevators, narrow stair corridors, no luggage storage, luggage must be brought into the room, the guy at the front desk has no sense of service, and doesn't help when the lady is struggling to carry the box up😡 Book a time slot from 7:45 to 8:00 I was late for breakfast and missed it. At 8:30 in the morning, the door was opened, and two waiters were sitting on the stairs charging... There will be no next time for this hotel

Watch when then cleaner clear yr room !!
But they look into yr bags 💼 try on some smelly out my wash bag
And to top this up I have my over coats missing out the wardrobe & it’s from export coats
Value about £230 gone missing has bin reported
Waiting for reply back from there cleaners ??
I am very up set about Stealing from are luggage

Lovely hotel well situated in city centre, short walk to the High Street .Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. My double superior bedroom has a lovely city view , good size room and bath room and comfortable bed. Take note there is no lift in this hotel and no mini fridge in room . Complimentary drinks and cookies provided in the room. Nice touch.
Lovely and well maintained property .
Will stay here again.
