We booked for one night cost £345 when we turned up we were told another £29 for parking!! Which was on the pavement! The room was more like a garage conversion. The hotel was half finished, and not to standard of 4 star. We had a concert to go too, and returned at 10.30pm tired. 11.30pm someone was checked into the garage conversion next door bang bang 11.38pm we had enough, so we drove home! We are waiting a refund. Not worth the money

Great. The reception/waiting staff were friendly and attentive . The Bruschetta, blue cheese and walnut salad and spicy Padini we had for lunch was so good we decided to have dinner there too, also great. Straightforward parking, lovely 20 minute walk over the river into the old town and convenient for railway station and Said Business School. Comfy bed, quiet room and nice en-suite. Cooked and continental breakfast. Perfect for a convenient one night stay if you want to avoid the out of town parking and buses.
