We stayed in a two-bed room with kitchenette on the ground floor. The apartment was clean and tidy. No bed bugs that we had read about can be found in hotel rooms in England. Good communication with our host both verbally and in writing. The only negative was the key lock to the front door. The lock was difficult to lock and it took a while every day/evening before the front door was locked. I strongly rekomend this place.
