Hotel céntrico, cómodo, tranquilo y limpio. Lo único que a la entrada tiene unos escalones y no sé si tendrá acceso para personas con silla de ruedas por otro sitio.

Peor hotel de Orense, 3 días de estancia en habitación 508 /307 que el propio personal describió como "boxes" e indicaban que ahi no deberían alojar a clientes. No hay palabras para describir suciedad. Insalubre al estar una de las paredes empapada en agua. Pedimos cambio de habitación pero hasta el 3er día no ocurrió. Pasamos a una mejor sin moqueta y algo más renovada pero seguía sucia. El comedor nos puede ser peor..., pescado carbonizado y resto de comida mejor no seguir describiendo.

Es un hotel muy anticuado y con una decoración de pésimo gusto. De la habitación, aun con lo comentado anteriormente, no puedo quejarme, ya que con un viaje de la CAM para mayores nos asignaron una suite que estaba limpia y bien equipada, con jacuzzi que no funcionaba, las toallas lo mejor, grandes y mullidas. Respecto a la comida solamente hicimos la primera cena, absolutamente triste y en cuanto a los desayunos creo que son lo peor que me encontrado después de muchísimo viajar, bollería horrible, jamón york y queso de tercera, solo se salvaba el pan y con un 6. El personal atento y servicial. Añadir que para acceder a los ascensores hay que salvar unos cuantos escalones, por lo que la accesibilidad está limitada.
