Muy buen hotel, moderno, nuevo, limpio y a tiro de piedra del centro de la ciudad. Personal de recepción, super amables, proactivos y piedra angular del hotel. Estamos agradablemente sorprendidos por la categoría oficial del hotel y lo que realmente ofrece.....parece de mucha más categoría. Buen desayuno buffet, con lo más elemental pero sin faltar nada. Alojamiento ideal para hospedarse y conocer cómodamente la ciudad de Orense, a un precio muy ajustado. Zona fácil de encontrar aparcamiento. Centro histórico a 15 minutos andando

Ayer 28 de diciembre jueves entremos a las 15:30 habitación 402 cuarta planta para dejar las maletas y nos dimos cuenta que la puerta corrediza del baño estaba súper dura que hacía falta dos personas para cerrarla ósea estaba atascada,al bajar se lo comentemos a la recepcionista y al entrar de nuevo al hotel seguía igual no nos hizo caso la puerta seguía atascada y los colchones súper incómodos ya que se gincaba los muelles en la espalda no volveremos por falta de atención limpio estaba y reformado pero muy pica atención por parte del personal

Es un hotel pequeño ubicado al frente de la estación de tren y buses por lo que la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Es Limpio, cómodo, su personal amable y la zona segura para caminar . El desayuno es a buen precio y ofrece variedad. El hotel no tiene recepción las 24 horas pero nos enviaron el código y la instrucción para entrar. No tuvimos inconveniente alguno. Sin duda lo recomiendo

Voy por trabajo todas las semanas y me alojo en este hotel, que está reformado y con muebles modernos, la ubicación no está mal pero sin duda lo mejor del hotel son las tres recepcionistas Mery, Susana y María que te hacen sentir como en casa desde el minuto uno. Un trato exquisito y agradable, totalmente recomendable !

Hotel funcional , decoración moderna . Relación calidad precio buena . Personal joven, eficaz y empático. Próximo a la estación de tren y andando a 15 minutos del centro de Ourense y zona monumental. Merece la pena .

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We checked in after hours, which worked perfectly with the emailed lockbox code. Desk staff (the next day) were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage while we visited the town. The location is great for those traveling by train. It's a bit further into the center of Ourense, but still very walkable.

Muy buen hotel calidad precio. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Disponen de aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, Tv Un buen trato en recepción, muy agradable. Es un hotel moderno, que para el precio que tiene, está muy bien. Por poner una pequeña "pega" (sin importancia) no dispone de parking, pero es fácil aparcar en los aledaños o si lo prefieres, está el parking de la estación, enfrente.

Justito,limpio,descanso sin ruidos, desayuno muy caro personal no muy amable no antipáticos pero me dio la sensación que solo querían vender el desayuno y lejos del centro, si vuelvo a órense buscare otro alojamiento que quede más céntrico

Buenas instalaciones, buena higiene, muy buen servicio y excelente precio. Nos atendieron muy bien. Desayuno continental muy bueno. Quedamos encantados. Lo aconsejamos y probablemente repetiremos. En general muy bueno.
