Ottawa Hotels with Gym

This is Ottawa's oldest top luxury hotel, located at the entrance of the Rideau Canal, with an excellent location. Living here, whether you are going to Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, Byward Market, or the National Gallery, it is only a five to ten minute walk away. Staying at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel is like walking into the castle where princes and princesses live in fairy tales. Thick carpets are spread under the feet, luxurious chandeliers, European columns and round arches, and the long corridors are brightly lit... You can feel the retro era and aristocratic atmosphere everywhere.

The Ottawa Marriott Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Parliament Building. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. During the two days I stayed there, I walked to various attractions. It was very convenient! The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with coffee makers; there is a Starbucks in the hotel lobby, and there is a public microwave in the lobby; there is a parking lot in the basement; the high-rise rooms can see the Parliament Building, and the 28th floor of the hotel can see the Parliament Building and the surrounding landscape, which is very beautiful! Very good!

Great hotel; rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and the amenities were very nice. Hotel gym was small but well-appointed. Restaurant is large and had a great view; food was adequate, nothing special, and pretty expensive for what it was.

Had a great and lovely experience at the hotel. Despite the fact that I arrived earlier than standard check in time, I still had the privilege to check in earlier only by paying a surcharge of $40 CAD. The gym and indoor pool made the experience unforgettable. Hotel is also only 5mins drive away from Ottawa international airport

We wanted 2 queen beds instead of 1 king but they had no queen rooms left, but they had a roll away delivered to us right away so that was great Great location for everything

Booked a signature suite for 3 adults and the room was perfect. It was huge and well-equipped. If you needed extra towels or amenities such as shower gel, you could get them from the corridor. There’s also a gym and a laundry room. Breakfast was included, which offered juice, fruits, cereal, and burgers.

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation! The next day, Parliament Hill, the Cathedral, and the market are all within walking distance. It is convenient to eat and drink coffee around. The front desk service is very good! There is a microwave in the lobby on the first floor to heat food, which is great!

The room was clean and I liked the facility as well. The room was spacious, which is something I enjoyed. I had a problem with the service though, which I eventually had to call Marriott customer service, but other than that, I liked it. I was able to walk to the Parliament. If you are looking for a spacious room, this might be a good choice.

From the geographical location, it is similar to several other hotels around. It is very close to Capitol Hill. It is no problem for the 4-year-old children to go by themselves. We originally planned to watch the light show, but the baby was not so late. If you don't watch the light show, it is best to live near the market, convenient to eat and drink. Spit the so-called garden view room, through a window of ordinary size, you can see two walls on the left and right (somewhat like a patio), and a narrow street in the distance. I feel that the garden view room is useless. Finally, spit and stop, the hotel does not have self parking, can only give the keys to their people, let them stop. The keys are always in their hands, they want to use the car or take things from the car through them (you can call or go to the lobby to find them, about 10-15 minutes to get the car, depending on how busy they are). Of course, this kind of ”high-end service” is to pay the money (30 knives)... After the spit is finished, the parking service varies from person to person, I don't like it. I wish you a happy trip!

Great hotel. I stayed here with my wife. We really liked the bed. Was very spacious. Room was clean and modern. Really nice blow dryer for my hair and nice modern iron. Television channels were a bit fuzzy. The hotel is sustainable so they don’t give bottled water. They recommend tap water. But I went to the gym for water. Washroom is clean. I like how there’s a nespresso machine in every room. The room can be a bit dark too. Not very much light.
