A relatively pleasant travel experience

The location is not a problem as there is a shuttle bus from Ogoto Onsen Station. Because it is right next to Lake Biwa, you can enjoy the view from the open-air bath in the room. Especially in the morning with the sunrise

今回、年越しで利用しました。お部屋以外は申し分がないので、ちょっとだけ残念でした。 ①お部屋が広いのにＴＶが小さすぎ。設置場所も部屋の端で非常に見にくかったです②お部屋でWIFIが全く繋がらない。③空調が古く調整ができない　④ゴミ箱が小さすぎ　⑤洗面コーナー等照明が暗い　⑥携帯充電用のUSB差し込み口がない　⑦年越しそばのサービスもなく、もう少し年越し感のイベント？演出があってもよかった気がします　※全体的に建物が古いので仕方ない部分はありますが、スタッフの対応や、お料理等、サービスには満足できた分、ちょっとだけ残念でした。

露天風呂付きの客室で、広い和室と小さめの部屋、二部屋もあって大人４人と子供１名で宿泊。朝食のバイキングも種類が豊富で、値段は書きませんがかなりお安く泊めて頂きました。コンビニもあるし、接客の良かったので大満足です。

I felt that the quality of the water in the open-air bath was good. It was viscous. However, there was nothing to hide the view, so while the view was good, I was worried that people outside might see in. However, the amenities and facilities were old-fashioned, and there were small steps in the room. The guide was very simple. The dinner was pretty good, but the breakfast was a buffet shared with the Grand Hotel, so it was crowded and uncomfortable. It was convenient that the convenience store was integrated with Lawson. Overall, it's hard to call it a high-class inn. If I'm going to pay the same price, I'd like to choose a different place next time.

Although the name suggests it is a luxury inn, the service is that of an ordinary hotel. When we arrived at the front of the hotel, he came to collect our luggage. When you enter the building, 4 to 5 employees greet you and say, ``Welcome.'' There was also a guide to the room. The room is a corner room with an open-air bath and an indoor bath, and a small Hori Kotatsu room with a TV. Meals are served in a private room and are kaiseki cuisine, but although they say they are explaining the food, there is no explanation of the ingredients, such as aperitifs, accompaniments, tableware, etc., and I was told to look at the menu for the contents. That's all for luxury, and breakfast is a buffet. Just like the guests of Biwako Grand Hotel, there is a large room with tables that can seat 4 to 6 people. Eating as a family is not possible. Desperate to share a seat. The food is also the same. The dishes are arranged in a U-shape. It's also difficult to gather ingredients. The food is also comparable to that of a business hotel. I would like to at least share my time with a group. There was no seeing off after check out. I was able to stay cheaply thanks to the support.
