The hotel environment is very peaceful. You can see many little stars in the sky at night. The large bathing area is very good. Sitting in the small hot spring in the room and looking at Lake Biwa is really pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are also rich. I will recommend it to my friends Go to accommodation.

Good service. Special car picks up and dropped off from the subway station. Warm service from the staff
There are staff who can speak Mandarin, which makes communication much easier.
The room was well organized and I felt comfortable looking at the view of Lake Bipa.

Expensive but the cheapest for the date I booked. They don't speak much English but they are friendly. The room seemed to have been recently renovated. For VIPs they have the cafeteria with everything you want until 8:00 pm for free, inside the room they also have drinks, beer, coffee etc included and two small Japanese sweets. Although I would have liked them to have treated the detail or requests for VIPs a little better for the price I paid
(birthdays, honeymoon etc) For breakfast I would have also liked them to offer more fruit, bread, sweets...

The price/performance ratio is OK. The location is on the mountain and you can ask the hotel to pick you up. The hot springs are good, and there were not many people during the National Day holiday. However, the food is not satisfactory and feels average.
