酒店位置在山上 房間景觀非常廣闊
前台各職員的英語能力都很好
但其餘的軟件配套則一般
房間裡只有飲用水提供 沒有其他免費飲料提供 如牛奶，汽水或啤酒
房間內私人風呂 可能因節約用水關係並沒有預先放水 需要入住後自己放水 而放水速度亦很慢 或需要半小時等待
晚餐的懷石料理沒提供餐單 不能完全理解所吃的食材 但早餐時又有提供餐單 不知道晚餐是漏了還是沒有準備餐單
另外上菜節奏不恰當 吃完一道後 要等一段時間才奉上下一道 不知道是故意還是人手不足
酒店佔地很大 但能提供住客使用的設施卻不多 就只有公眾溫泉，很細小的遊戲機室及小賣部
晚上不想留在房間的話 就只有自駕出去便利店和超市

酒店在雄琴温泉JR鐵路站有接送服務，我們一行6人，打電話通知酒店後，很快便有車接送。我們訂了3間房間，有私人風呂，木造的家具增添暖意。一泊兩食的懷石料理非常精緻，也很好味，員工服務非常好，很友善。整體住宿體驗非常好，希望會再來臨渡假。

酒店雖然有段歷史 但保養得宜 房間很大有種懷舊傳統的感覺 很好的體驗 另外檜木的私人風呂浴缸不錯 更可望住個琵琶湖風景 又可調節水溫適合小朋友一起浸 十分不錯 總體感受很好
