Ho soggiornato all’hotel la Punta una settimana a fine Luglio e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Il personale super disponibile e gentile, si respira un’aria familiare. La colazione è ottima, credo uno dei pasticciotti più buoni della zona, e lo yogurt fatto in casa da provare assolutamente oltre a tutte le torte fatte a mano dalla nonna di famiglia. L’hotel è a due passi dal mare e servito molto bene, lo consiglio altamente per un soggiorno tranquillo e autentico.

El hotel es muy limpio y tiene una excelente ubicación. Pero el parking tiene un costo de 13 euros y debes pagarlo en efectivo y los impuestos solo en efectivo cosa que me afectó mucho porque las facturas debería pasarlas a mi empresa y está. Evadiendo impuestos. Quería probar este hotel porque vi en los comentarios que eran muy amables y pues no, no se si el anfitrión tuvo un mal día pero muy poco amable. Se va a las 8 del edificio y no queda nadie , nos dio el control de un televisor que no era y no pudimos usarlo. La señora que sirve el desayuno es muy amable. El desayuno incluye agua, te, cosas dulces y harinas pero si quieres huevos o café cuesta extra cosa que en los hoteles de la zona estaban incluidos . Cometí el error de cambiar hotel porque quería aprovechar una mañana de playa mientras me dirigía a las otras citas de trabajo. Lo peor es que el check out es a las 10:00 am . No incluye absolutamente de amenidades , si lo va a usar de paso está bien pero un fin de semana no lo recomiendo.

I booked the same day of my stay at 5 oclock in the afternoon. At 8 they called me to tell me not to go anymore because they will close tje reception. At 8 oclock in Italy im tje middle of the summer!! Of couse i couldnt believe it, I asked the guy to wait for me, I was 25 min away in the road. He was extremely rude and hanged up the phone on my face. At 8 30 I had to look for a new place to stay when I arrived in Otranto alone...I would never recommend this place to stay. The rudeness and disrespect is something bery uncommon in Puglia. Anywhere you will fond nice people so better to stay away from this place. On top of everything I asked tjem to return my money then and of course it didnt happen. A terrible experience

L’albergatore è stato scortese e non ci è venuto incontro per risolvere le diverse problematiche dell’hotel . Un hotel senza ascensore ! Abbiamo dovuto fare 2 piani a piedi con le valigie! Non funzionava il condizionatore che era andato in “ stand by “ , la Tv prendeva un solo canale e in più non avevamo neanche l’acqua calda ! Abbiamo dovuto fare le docce con l’acqua fredda

Non posso che elogiare il personale dell'albergo, che ha dimostrato competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità in ogni momento. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di qualità preparati dalla signora Francesca e serviti con cortesia dalla signora Michela. Il signor Carlo è stato sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all'Hotel La Punta nel mese di settembre durante una vacanza itinerante in Puglia e siamo stati benissimo. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio, e in ogni caso l'hotel dispone anche di un garage, a pagamento. La nostra stanza era molto ampia, con un bel terrazzo grande attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, un divanetto e uno stendino. La colazione è molto buona ed abbondante, con tanti dolci fatti in casa. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicina alla spiaggia e al lungomare, lungo il quale si trovano tanti ristoranti dove si mangia benissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi.

Piccolo albergo situato a 150 metri dal mare ed a dieci minuti scarsi dal centro storico. Camere spartane ma confortevoli, pulizia quotidiana, cambio asciugamani ogni 2 giorni. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione con torte della casa, pasticciotti, frutta e yoghurt. Gentilissimi i proprietari Carlo e Francesca. Consigliato
