Formidable et très bien situé pour aller à pied à Otranto. L’endroit est magnifique bien que complexe pour retrouver sa chambre. Une piscine très belle et grande. La chambre est grande spacieuse. Le top du top est la cuisine proposée par l’établissement qui est absolument délicieuse. Des menus qui changent tous les jours avec un choix de plats savoureux et cuisinés à merveille. Nous nous sommes régalés, surtout notre séjour. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe du restaurant qui sont d’une gentillesse incroyable et extrêmement professionnelle. Nous avons quitté l’hôtel à 5h du matin et deux petits paniers gourmands à emporter nous ont été offerts en guise de petit déjeuner.👍👌 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet établissement car tout a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin.

Conosciamo la struttura per averla frequentata nel corso degli anni. Una grande struttura accogliente e con una bella spa. Forse necessiterebbe di una manutenzione straordinaria nelle stanze e nella spa. Bagno in camera con copriwater ingialliti dall usura, piano in legno del lavabo rovinato dall acqua, il bagno non certo impeccabile. Le piscine con vistosi segni gialli, ruggine e scarichi delle docce intasati. Sicuramente non splende. Assurdo poi prenotare un pacchetto spa e dover pagare il noleggio degli accappatoi, soprattutto se è un hotel 4 stelle superior. Ma la cosa più fastidiosa è la scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere. Ci hanno assegnata una comera adiacente una porta antipanico che portava nel giardino e nella altra ala dell’hotel. Probabilmente il suo uso nn doveva essere quello, ma è stata aperta ogni 10 minuti sia in ingresso che in uscita a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, sia da ospiti che dal personale, ed ogni volta che sbatteva con un rumore infernale faceva tremare anche i muri. Diciamo che non è stato un we rilassante. Assurdo!!! Colazione buona e varia, personale cortese e disponibile.

Prenotate due notti, su consiglio di parenti che avevano già soggiornato, avevamo tante aspettative e devo dire che la struttura in sé merita molto, è grande , circondata dal verde, un bella piscina e una Spa davvero magnifica... però da un quattro stelle ci aspettavamo molto di più a livello di pulizia nelle camere che lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo preso una standard e forse c'è meno attenzione in quel tipo di alloggio..anche se non te la regalano insomma...abbiamo avuto degli espisodi spiacevoli, un cambio camera per delle formiche che invadevano il tavolino che si trovava all' interno della camera, invece nella seconda camera forse non utilizzata da qualche giorno c era polvere sui mobili, era fornito solo di un asciugamano viso e la luce del bagno lampeggiava, probabilmente era da cambiare la lampadina. Abbiamo fatto presente,ma l asciugamano ci è stato fornito il giorno dopo al cambio degli asciugamani e la luce non è stata cambiata... Una grande pecca per un quattro stelle... La colazione buona ma non degna di nota... Il bar della piscina di scarsa qualità, bisognerebbe migliorare un po' i prodotti forniti, sia da bere (uno spritz solo ghiaccio) che da mangiare (rustico leccese non era per niente buono) visto che i turisti sono anche italiani e non si può far mangiare di tutto...Se dovessimo tornare lo faremmo solo per la Spa!!! Consiglierei in generale un po' più di manutenzione.. Alla fine nemmeno un gesto per rimediare alla brutta figura delle camere.

Stanze pulite, servizio gentile e puntuale e una Spa da sogno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, ristorante su buoni livelli. Il luogo,leggermente lontano dal centro di Otranto, è silenzioso e tranquillo. Bel parco giochi su un prato curato. Da tenere in considerazione.

Mi spiace veramente non potermi dire soddisfatto ma da un 4s SUPERIOR è lecito aspettarsi tanto. Camera doppia 4x3 metri metri con senso di claustrofobia aumentato quindi il senso di chiuso anzichè diminuito, aprendo la finestra, allego foto, giudicate voi..aggiungo (dotazione di una sola saponetta minuscola in bagno...una di numero). Perdo l'uscita di gruppo perchè dalla mia camera alla reception ci sono 4 ascensori (credetemi 4 ascensori) ed un dedalo di corridoi interni ed esterni. Esco quindi alla ricerca del centro benessere e percorro un labirinto di corridoi interni ed esterni seguendo le indicazioni, incontro la porta che vedete in foto e di lato una scala. salgo, scendo la scala piu' volte, tutto potevo aspettarmi ma non che la spa del 4 stelle superior fosse dietro alla porta che vedete (ammetto anche di aver chiamato la reception per disperazione). persi 30 minuti alla ricerca della spa, entro in sauna alle 19.00 per € 25 e mi dicono che la spa chiude alle 19.30. poco soddisfatto mi dico, dopo tanta fatica entro comunque...ebbene la sauna era spenta perchè la "temporizzazione avvia lo spegnimento prima". Ho fatto presente alla direttrice secondo la quale è tutto ok e che il torto è mio perchè il centro benessere andava prenotato...e dove lo leggo???? INFINE CONCLUDO CHE QUESTO ALBERGO è UN FITNESS HOTEL PERCHè DALLA MIA CAMERA ALLA RECEPTION DOVEVO PRENDERE 4 ASCENSORI ED IMPIEGARE CIRCA 20 MINUTI....CREDETEMI 4 ASCENSORI!!! Mi sono saltati i nervi... Struttura bella ma friubile solo per le camere centrali fronte piscina.

Mijn vriend en ik zijn hier nu, het is een mooi hotel maar de prijzen zijn erg hoog kamer 200,00 euro p.p p.n maar alles moet je hier betalen zwembad handdoeken spa sauna terwijl dat niet bij de boeking staat . De omgeving is saai valt niet veel te beleven. Alleen het oude centrum is wel leuk,maar dat hebt je ook wel gezien na 2 a 3 dagen
