La spa e'molto carina ma io ho trovato l'acqua delle piscine fredda, per cui sono riuscita ad immergermi solo per pochi minuti. Ho sentito anche altre persone fare lo stesso commento mentre ero in acqua quindi non ero l'unica freddolosa. E'un peccato perche' la spa dispone di ben 3 piscine, una grande e due piu' piccole, ma quando ho chiesto se si potesse fare qualcosa mi e' stato risposto che la temperatura e' a norma di legge quindi non si puo'aumentare. Sara' vero pero' andare in una spa e non riuscire a rilassarsi in piscina non e' proprio il massimo!

Conoscevo già la SPA ma questa volta il percorso benessere di due ore è terminato anche prima perché poco rilassante. L ' acqua delle vasche fredda Nello spogliatoio due phon non funzionavano Curata e accogliente la zona relax E personale alla reception gentilissimo ed accogliente

Bel posto, curato e pulito. Spa completa di tutto. Una menzione particolare per un massaggio relax effettuato da Patrizia. Meno soddisfacente il massaggio Californiano effettuato da un' altra ragazza. Esperienza nel complesso più che positiva. Una pecca è il frigo da incasso che non è incassato con cui mi sono procurato una piccola scottatura con il suo esterno bollente.

Questo hotel a 4 stelle si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Otranto, peccato che per raggiungere la camera e per trovare l’uscita praticamente è una specie di labirinto per una persona che non conosce la struttura. Ci sono un sacco di scale e ascensori da prendere (poi dipende dove è situata la camera). La colazione è a buffet accettabile , all’esterno c’è poco giardino più spazi cementati e la piscina è abbastanza grande, carina con lettini e ombrelloni. La camera era abbastanza pulita, il bagno però è da rivedere secondo me..la porta quasi trasparente senza maniglia senza chiave, in sostanza senza privacy, e anche sulla doccia c’era un pezzo di parete trasparente. Il lavandino un po’ arrugginito, e l’acqua sapeva un po’ da cloro. Tutto sommato accettabile, però per avere 4 stelle mi aspettavo di meglio.

Servizio pessimo. Acqua delle vasche, fredda (io sono caloroso, e avevo la pelle d’oca). Sauna fredda (sempre io, quello caloroso, non ho sudato dopo più di 10 minuti). Di 4 sedie idromassaggio, 2 non funzionavano… Al termine delle due ore di permanenza, una ragazza è venuta ad avvisarci che dovevamo lasciare la struttura in modo molto poco discreto. Negli spogliatoi maschili di 3 phon, 2 non erano funzionanti. 3 docce, 1 senza sapone. Esperienza pessima.

Plan Carefully
My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs.
My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort.
Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October.
The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed.
But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests.
Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit.
