Ho pernottato ieri in questa struttura che avevo trovato a un prezzo estremamente conveniente. E' ubicata proprio di fianco alla stazione ferroviaria di Otranto in posizione molto tranquilla. Da lì si raggiunge il centro della città a piedi in cinque o sei minuti. La stanza era molto grande, pulita e luminosa con una bella televisione e un wifi veloce. Il letto comodo ha garantito una buona qualità del sonno. C'è anche una piscina, che ieri non era fruibile perché faceva freddo ma si poteva comunque stare nel prato antistante dove ci sono dei lettini per gli ospiti. C' una cucina a disposizione dove gli ospiti possono prepararsi il caffè e anche qualcosa da mangiare.

Il posto e' molto pulito, ma un po' spartano per il prezzo che e' molto al di sopra della media del Salento. In una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi. La piscina e' un bonus per rinfrescarsi dopo una camminata nella calura.
Il personale e il proprietario sono persone squisite, tuttavia la colazione era un po' sotto le aspettative.

Posizione accanto alla stazione di Otranto.Dove arrivano i pullman. Distanza dal centro 15 min in salita Ad accogliervi il proprietario tutto sudato poco professionale. Non ci e stato detto e non ho trovato nel sito che la piscina era loro e ci veniva concessa di usarla Poca privacy ci sono sempre i parenti del proprietario . La mattina non si riesce a dormire per le mura sollili e perché già alle 7.30 ci sono i rumori della colazione e del rubinetto e doccia del vicino. Da non consigliare per eccessivo costo si trova di meglio . Inoltre la porta dell bagno non si chiudeva bene . Sembra di essere in casa loro . Accettare le critiche e uno stimolo per migliorare non per innervosire.. Non è come ho visto il sito

Ok so it's at the very top of the highest hill in the city, if you're fit or if you are renting a car or taking taxis it's not a big deal at all! Let's start with the fact it's modern, it's beautiful, with a fantastic pool, enormous showers, and an excellent breakfast bar. The Staff is friendly and accommodating including new hire Gino, the kitten! This adorable little guy is energetic and mischievous! Love it! A quick walk to the public or private beaches, about 500 meters from the historic district and Port. Highly recommend! If you're going to Otranto, it's definitely a great choice.

Tutto fantastico! L’accoglienza, il posto, la posizione, la pulizia, gli spazi comuni. Sono le piccole cose che fanno la differenza. Cura dei particolari e dei dettagli. Pulito impeccabile. Posto silenzioso, ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal centro pedonale. Fortemente consigliato. Il patron, Stefano, è unico! Non esitate a chiedere consigli, è disponibile, affabile e simpatico!
