Amazing room Great swimming pools - not big but very relaxing. Helpful friendly people. One night dinner was a vegetarian tasting menu. OK but rather dull A good pizza cooked in a proper wood fired pizza oven was delish Best breakfast. But please, either drop the taped music in the dining area; or if you can’t do that get a longer loop.

We had a brilliant stay here. The breakfast is spectacular with so many choices. The dinner options are delicious too - room service, pizza night and their incredible vegetarian tasting menu. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to my husband, myself and our 8 month old baby. The hotel is stunning with gorgeous pool, incredible fruit and olive trees. They recommended us some beach clubs to visit. Would definitely visit the hotel as a couple or with a baby (baby cot was happily put into our room). Un posto spettacolare, del nostro tour uno di quelli che ci ha maggiormente colpito, spettacolare, attenzione ai dettagli, semplice ma elegante tutto! Si mangia divinamente, hanno un pubblico principalmente straniero ma ci sono parecchi local della zona che vengono a mangiare perché offre cucina vegetariana. Sul ristorante, dal nostro punto di vista alcune portate erano un pò scariche mentre altre più gustose. Il personale è delizioso e simpatico, la colazione stupenda, dolce e salata! Bella anche la loro piscina.

Highly recommended
Absolutely beautiful Masseria. Very comfortable room with private terrace. Dinner option was a little limited as main restaurant only has vegetarian. Stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer

I booked a visit to Le Carrube in August as part of a wedding party. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel because of an unexpected illness. The matter was handled extremely well and sympathetically and included a personal call from The Manager Eugenio Pugliese. So impressive. Le Carrube has a sister hotel in Chelsea, San Domenico House and I will certainly be paying a visit.
