This hotel is superb. The staff, accommodation, the restaurant, the spa and the amazing bar. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and loved our time there. The restaurant is definitely a must. A shout out to Matteo, Frederica and Guiseppe who made our stay special.

We loved the elegant ,but bohemian design of the hotel.
This is a high end hotel, but you are greeted and treated like an old friend!
The breakfast and dinners were delicious .
Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, we loved staying!

We were met at the door by the Mateo and Fredirica who warmly greeted us and provided a short tour of the hotel. Tastefully decorated with many details and a staff that is ever present and efficient, it was a joy to spend a week here. Chef Pasquale is brilliant in his cucina where not a single meal is less than stunning. Mixocolgist Leonardo is a genius and created some of the best cocktails ever! We will definitely return.

What a find. This is a beautiful hotel, its design, attention to detail and art. The garden area is a magical escape and the pool offers a refreshing escape from the sun. But what brings this hotel to life are the staff , every single one of them, welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing visit and would recommend it to anyone.

Bellissima location, restauro conservativo accurato, servizio eccellente, molto focalizzato sulle richieste del cliente. Tre menu’ degustazione, con prodotti del territorio, rivisitati, innovativi. Grandissima scelta di vini locali. Pane ed olio di proprio produzione. Entree ,veramente speciali, con un macaron al carbone di straordinaria fragranza . Se volete, un posto diverso, per trascorrere una serata romantica o tra amici. Prezzi proporzionati al rapporto qualita’ . Comunque tutta la degustazione tra gli 80 ed i 90€

Je ne vais pas lister ici avantage que le Lake Palace à Udaipur, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac à Québec, ni le Chelsea de New York en son temps, juste dire que le Paragon 700 est l’hôtel (l’hôtel? Bien plus que ça...), le restaurant, l’équipe et les séjours les plus doux du monde. L’exact opposé du Burj-al-Arab à Dubaï. J’y suis allée dès son ouverture (même durant l’immense chantier que Pascale Lauber a mené avec brio et Ulrike pour la partie organisationnelle du boutique-hôtel) et comme je vis à Ostuni, j’assure, oui, que c’est un havre de bonheur, de sursauts, de détails, de créativité et de beautés. Après ça, je n’ai aucun intérêt personnel à le confier. N'hésitez pas à me dire, après votre séjour, si je me suis trompée ;)

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à l’hôtel Parangon 700 à Ostuni, et ce fut une expérience absolument merveilleuse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’atmosphère unique et l’accueil exceptionnel réservé par toute l’équipe. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, attentionné et discret — un vrai plaisir. La décoration est tout simplement éblouissante : chaque détail semble avoir été soigneusement pensé pour créer une ambiance à la fois élégante, artistique et chaleureuse. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi, dans un cadre raffiné mais sans prétention. Notre chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le confort est au rendez-vous, avec une literie de grande qualité et un calme absolu propice au repos. Un immense merci aux propriétaires, Pascale et Ulricke, qui sont des hôtesses remarquables. Leur générosité, leur bienveillance et leur passion ont fait de cet endroit bien plus qu’un hôtel : un véritable lieu de rencontre, d’échange et de sérénité. Nous repartons le cœur léger et déjà avec l’envie de revenir. Un grand bravo pour avoir su créer un lieu aussi inspirant !
