Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere due giorni meravigliosi in Masseria San Paolo Grande. La struttura é davvero indescrivibile, presenta una meticolosa cura dei dettagli, con una vista spettacolare e dei paesaggi mozzafiato. Verrete accolti da un personale eccellente,sempre gentili e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare tutte le vostre esigenze. Le camere sono davvero pulite, viene fornito un kit per l’igiene personale. Da un punto di vista culinario, é una fantastica scoperta per le papille gustative,a partire dalla colazione per concludere con la cena, molte materie prime vengono prodotte in masseria(dalla produzione alla tavola). Se preferite la colazione salata, questa é servita da uova all’occhio di bue, di produzione delle galline della masseria e accompagnate da bacon molto croccante. Uno dei piatti che mi ha colpito é sicuramente la guancia di bovino, servita con topinambur, riduzione al Negramaro e cicorielle,sublime tanto da sciogliersi in bocca. Per concludere, potrete fare lunghe passeggiate nel bosco della masseria e vedere gli animali.

Siamo tornati in masseria per trascorrere un fine anno coccolati da tante attenzioni in un posto incantato. Cena impeccabile, accoglienza calorosa, allo scoccare del nuovo anno fuochi d’artificio caldarroste e pettole con musica e brindisi, esperienza unica. La masseria mi appare ogni volta più bella merito di una attenzione nel migliorarla sempre più dal punto di vista dell’ accoglienza.

Luogo incantevole, una vera masseria che tutt’oggi mantiene la sua autenticità. Hanno i loro animali, tenuti in modo impeccabile sempre liberi al pascolo. Tutte le produzioni biologiche fatte in casa. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente tutti i giorni della nostra permanenza. Colazione abbondante e squisita , servita ad ogni tavolo e le uova delle galline appena prese dal pollaio hanno un sapore unico. Consiglio vivamente di provare l’esperienza di cucina cooking class - non la dimenticheremo mai.

Best serene place I’ve ever stayed at! We were there for our honeymoon and our expectations were massively exceeded. I felt at peace the moment I stepped into the masseria. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff is great, and the dogs (Uma and Tom) were the best!! I even shed a tear when I left. Make sure to book the cooking class experience. You get to harvest, make bread and pasta, and eat your final product! We’ve already decided to come back next year and I can’t wait.

We fell in love with the Masseria! Everything about this place from the grounds to the people was perfect. The staff were all so special and made this place truly feel like home! Organic everything and stunning landscape. We stayed here before visiting our wedding venue and will highly recommend our guests stay at this location before or after our wedding next year! We recommend all the activities from wine and olive oil tasting to cooking classes! Nick was ABSOLUTELY stellar! We will be back next year as well!

Recomiendo este lugar para visitar la Puglia y descansar del ruido y el bullicio. La maseria es una construcción cuidada y de calidad. Su personal atento y servicial. La piscina, si vas en verano, no te la pierdas. El restaurante bueno, pero caro en relación con los otros restaurantes que hemos probado en la zona. Algunas cosas a mejorar serian el cierre de ventanas y puertas para evitar que entre la luz al amanecer y la falta de armarios en la habitación. Muchas gracias!!
