I received this wedding gift from my parents, the hotel was good but they told us that we could have a heated pool and sauna, which was not effective. A modern two-story building without any elevator. We hope that all travelers who visit the place carry their suitcases since it does not have an elevator or bell service. El hotel es amplio y bonito, cuenta con piscina, espacios al aire libre. La habitación en la que me alojé es amplia, fresca, estaba limpia y ordenada. El baño es amplio y limpio. La habitación cuenta con aire acondiconado y caldera. En el restaurante me atendieron bastante bien, el desayuno tiene variedad de opciones y suficiente cantidad. En general, una buena estadía para un viaje de negocios. Lo único que si deben tomar en cuenta los administradores de este hotel es la atención al extranjero por parte de la recepcionista del turno del jueves 16 de enero 2025, en la tarde, muy mala atención a las consultas que uno como persona extranjera le realiza, fue grosera y despectiva a una solicitud que le realicé, al final, la estadía no sólo se califica por la infraestructura, sino también por la atención al cliente. Estuve una noche con mi marido e hijos (6, 4 y 2 años). Reservamos dos habitaciones y nos dieron unas conectadas, cercanas a la salida al patio con juegos de niños. Muy limpias, modernas, cómodas, silenciosas y cortinas que no dejaban pasar la luz. Camas cómodas y baños con tina (ideal para bañar niños). Buen wifi, canales de tv un poco limitados. Desayuno de buena calidad, buena atención y amables siempre. Nos dieron 1,5 hora de late check-out de cortesía, para poder salir con calma por los niños. Volvería feliz.
