The hotel is generally good, there is a parking place at the entrance for loading and unloading luggage, the parking lot is underground, and a small door not far to the right of the hotel's main entrance enters. Note that the door and driveway are particularly narrow, you must drive in carefully. The parking fee is expensive, 250 crowns per night, but cheaper than outside. But there were few parking spaces. When we arrived at the hotel later in the afternoon, a waitress said there was no parking space underground, so I went outside to the nearby public parking lot to park. After I unloaded my luggage and checked in, I took a chance to go to the basement level and found that there was still a vacant seat. I immediately went to the front desk to handle the parking procedures. In the next few days, I walked around the city on foot. Without moving a car, I walked to the Sculpture Park, the Royal Palace, the National Opera House, and the Munch Museum. Hotel rooms are more comfortable, breakfast is great, there are salmon, two ways. Hardly ever seen salmon in hotels in Sweden and Denmark. In short, everything was satisfactory.
A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments.
Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.
The room is very clean and has hot water boiler. Hot shower is very good. There is a self check-in machine at the reception. My room at the street side and found noisy from the Train, but I like to listen music during the sleep, there is not a problem to me.
I chose this hotel to consider that the second day of the tour was at the Sculpture Park, and it was only a ten minute walk. The hotel self-service is also very convenient. If you have any questions, you can call to communicate with the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the surroundings are very good.
In Norway, this food is expensive and average
Renting an apartment is ideal.
There are a few things to note:
One throws garbage to be dressed neatly and with a mobile phone
Why?
Because I'm plain, slippers, back, locked out of the door
Second, wear neatly and bring a mobile phone in the room.
Why?
Because I was in the bathroom, the door was pushed open,
Cleaning staff made a mistake with my check-out time
Wear neatly and bring your phone at 2 am
Why?
Because the fire alarm went off, everyone left the building.
And finally, it's because Indian guys are cooking at 1 a.m.
What kind of curry do you make at 1 a.m.
The whole building is awake, so let's have a late night snack together.
And when they come, they will be safe.
You can laugh and cry.
It's all experience.
Located just behind Aker Brygge, few mins walk from harbor front with bars & restaurants. It’s a « No staff » hotel, which wasn’t really clear during booking process. Room was fine, clean & tidy. Good quality bath soap & shampoo, a Nespresso machine in room too but the hair dryer didn’t work…
Still a nice place to stay & not too expensive in Oslo
Need to go to another address to get the key card, the room is suitable for 3 people, belongs to the air bnb room type of 2 rooms and 1 hall, you have to take the car from the city, not recommended

Very Good
MMIJIAVery satisfied, good location, close to the palace, and the way to get the keys is very cool, but I personally called the front desk and asked them to send me an e-mail. It would be better if it was sent to me in advance. The room structure was great, clean and tidy, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI think there are likes and dislikes. You must check your email to get home! I couldn't find the entrance number of the front door because I didn't check the email, so I was very hard and embarrassed at the Trip.com customer consultation room. Calling patient is not helpful at all. It's not possible to make a preliminary payment.
After two hours of hard work, everything was solved and a little stable.
Not bad afterwards! Just staying experience in an old house! Not bad
