Despite requesting a high-rise room, we were assigned a lower floor. The nights were filled with karaoke and bar music, requiring earplugs to barely sleep. Breakfast was decent, and the smiling waiter in the restaurant was commendable. Also, don't waste your time emailing the hotel; they won't reply.

Stayed here while traveling around the world. The location is good, and it's easy to get to anywhere. There's a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient.
The room was compact and functional. It wasn't large, but it had a strange sense of calm.
The reception staff were always friendly, and greeted me with a gentle smile when I left and when I returned (not overly outgoing, but just right for Japanese people), which made me feel at ease. I was especially happy with how kind they were when I returned to use the toilet after checking out!

I booked a double room with a double bed. The room has plenty of space, and the shower gel and shampoo are also of high quality. The breakfast is excellent, with coffee, juice and tea, hot food such as scrambled eggs, omelette sausages, etc. Scrambled eggs are especially recommended. This time I live on the 6th floor, the window faces the street and the building.

Maybe good for young people, but NOT for old people! Standard: Very small room, no chair - big bed, BUT only access from one side! - room change (to 7th floor) not better due to sloping wall. If you are over 50, check the photos of the room! The price for something so small is a bit on the high side. Otherwise OK including breakfast. Centrally located.

The room was outdated, very small and outside there were construction work all night - nothing that was informed when we booked (one day prior to the stay!) or at arrival! The breakfast was ok, but not more than that. This will not be a hotel I will book again unless I have to - but the location is great if you are a tourist! So when there are no constructions I would guess this is an ok - hotel - but that's all - an ok hotel...

Truly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in Central Oslo. The room was really small and there was no desk or space to hang clothes. I've been in smaller rooms before where there's a wall desk or other innovative ways to use space. I was there on work and it was most inconvenient. the staff were nice and friendly and were getting such complaints from many guests. Don't stay in this hotel. There are many other hotels in Central Oslo with better facilities . They are just taking advantage of their great location.
