прекрасный отель в центре Осло, хорошие завтраки (жаль нет свежевыжатого сока апельсинов), персонал очень клиентоориентированный, на ресепшене сделали бесплатно апгрейд номера (мы не просили), узнав, что мы первый раз в стране.

La posizione è ottima, sicuramente centrale, da lì tutte le principali attrazioni della città sono facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi. Però è tutto molto freddo e asettico, servizi ridotti al minimo, non c’era acqua in camera e neanche la cuffia per la doccia malgrado il prezzo pagato. La sala colazione molto rumorosa. Insomma malgrado la posizione non lo sceglieremmo nuovamente

There are no staff at the hotel - literally. Got to my room in the evening, nothing worked, hairdryer, tv, phone, web app, nothing. Went to reception at 8pm, one young girl on her own. No managers, nothing. Told managers are only here in the morning, not in the afternoon or evening. Basically didn’t care and told could change rooms and couldn’t try to rectify anything until the morning because no one is here. Utter shambles, terrible terrible service. Wish I had somewhere else to stay, but stuck in this place sadly. Oh and I’m a premium Radisson member! Avoid avoid avoid.
