It was an express version of the hotel chain so expected to have slightly less supply in the facilities but still adequate for a good stay. Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the railway station, and 2 minutes from the metro line. We used the tram more and it was just round the corner. Good choice for budget travellers.

Very well renovated and very clean hotel. Location close to the train station and close to the city center. Automated check-in. Very good value for money for Oslo.

The hotel is in a great location, diagonally opposite the central station and next to the pedestrian street. The first room had bugs like fleas. The front desk said that there are fleas everywhere in Norway, but they don't bite people. In fact, I only encountered bugs in two hotels after staying in Norway for more than 20 days. The front desk agreed to change rooms, but there was no guarantee that there would be no bugs. After changing rooms, although there were still two dead bugs on the windowsill, there were no live bugs. The air conditioner had a bit of smell. The room was relatively small, and you could sit and rest and eat in the lobby. You can iron your clothes on the seventh floor. The wifi signal was very weak and could not be used.
