STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD RADISSON BLU!
I fully paid my room fee on trip.com.
Front desk asked for my credit card for a ‘deposit’ which would be returned within 5 days.
Never returned my ‘deposit’ which was higher than the room fee I already paid online.
Sent emails everyday for weeks but no response.
Left a google review then Nicolai the ‘head concierge’ said they are sorry for the disappointing travel experience but no arrangement can be made to return the money the ripped off from me!

在trip.com已經付了全款房費, 入住時要求我給信用卡給deposit,說會五天內退deposit 。
我沒有用minibar/room service/check out時候房間乾淨什麼都沒拿走,我看信用卡賬單才發現deposit那一千八沒退我。
天哪我房費才一千五,偷刷我一千八,所以是住一晚三千三港幣。
每天發email發了幾個禮拜沒人理過,電話是打不通的,留google 負評終於有人回我「很抱歉讓你不愉快 可是我們沒有要還你我們偷刷的錢謝謝你喔」
