I visited Osaka to meet my friend. As a breakfast service, the s was very helpful. I didn't expect it, but the miso soup was delicious with a lot of ingredients. The customer service was also kind.

I was worried from the beginning of the opening, but I didn't have a chance and finally stayed. This time I used it for ２ night with breakfast. The room felt larger than the business hotel I often use. It was good that there was no TV at the desk. The microwave was placed at the desk, but it was small compared to the TV, and there was no waste space because it was a box, and it was convenient if it was in the room, so it was good. The room was cleaned, but there was no particular point that I felt uncomfortable. Although it is a unit bus, there is a part of the wooden panel on the wall, and the unit bus with a lot of impression is quite good impression. The refrigerator is not Perche type, so it's a little loud, but it gets cold firmly. The nightwear was not a yukata. It was good for me because it often ended only in the morning, probably because it was bad sleeping in yukata. The air conditioning was completely individual air conditioning. In addition, an air humidifier was installed in the room where I stayed. Although it is a bath on the 14th floor, the open air is ３, the bubble bath in the indoor bath is ５, the carbonated spring is ２, and there are 4 washrooms. Both the bath and the dressing room were in a beautiful condition. Breakfast, but it was a very normal breakfast with side dishes that are common in business hotels. The Imperial is a classic 5 🌟 hotel with all the services amenities we expect with this degree of pedigree. Make no mistake this is a classic hotel with mid-century modern, classic and art deco all present within the interior and architecture and if you like modern rooms, hip nightlife or trendy haute cuisine this is not thplace for you. Yet nothing feels old or run down- All the rooms are emaculate and the sheets are changed several times a day with a option to have the staff set your bed up for the evening per request. The hotel resturant, especially Nadman and Kyubei are world renowned and readily avaliable, as is the Old Imperial Bar which is one of the most beatiful bars in Japan. Trends will come and go, but if you want to experience class and timeless luxury, Imperial should be your choice.

The location is excellent. There is a convenience store and a subway station just outside the door. There is a large supermarket just around the corner. There are many small restaurants nearby. It is only a ten-minute walk to large shopping malls such as Hankyu and Hanshin. I am very satisfied.

The room is not big, but it is very clean. The breakfast is not bad. The front desk can provide Chinese service. Check-in and check-out are convenient. The transportation is convenient, and it is generally OK. There is a commercial street nearby, and the convenience store is also close.

My husband and I opted for an overnight stay at this hotel due to its convenient proximity to the American Embassy, where we had a visa interview scheduled for the next day. As a practical and well-equipped business hotel, it offered all the essential amenities. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and patience, with fluent English spoken by at least the check-in personnel. One highlight worth mentioning is the delightful breakfast experience. For the breakfast menu, one could choose to have a Japanese and Western style. 😄

Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae offered a phenomenal experience. Its proximity to Tenmabashi Station, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History gives access to a wealth of entertainment and food. The hotel itself had friendly staff that seemed to try to assist in English if ever someone did not seem fluent in Japanese and the self-check-in kiosks at the front also supported four languages: Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. The room itself was phenomenal, being one of the most spacious I have seen in Japan. What impressed me most, however, had to be the washroom. It was not only incredibly clean, but also the most spacious I have seen to date in Japan. The room also came with a complementary carton mineral water which I thought was quite nice for quality of life. The television is also well equipped information and entertainment and even lets one share their phone screen onto the television. There is also a convenient panel next to the bed that has various functions from controlling the air conditioning and lighting to notifying the staff whether one wants their room cleaned or not. The breakfast they offer, served buffet-style was comprised of various offerings reflecting Japanese, Chinese, and ”Western” culture. While the offerings were satisfactory, I also felt that they may have spread themselves to thin with the variety of the offerings and thus the quality of the individual items suffered from it. In addition, the meal felt like it only partially captured the spirit of each tradition it drew from and ultimately lead to the overall experience being a confused motley of flavours. Overall, while I only stayed for a single day, this was one of the better hotel experiences I have had in Japan.

The hotel has a great location, with views of Osaka Castle, and it's only 20 minutes to attractions like Osaka's Shinsaibashi. There was a concierge when we checked in. Even though we have Gold status, we stayed in an executive room, so after we checked in at the front desk, we went to the lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Once it was, our luggage had already been moved into the room. There was no welcome fruit, but there were cookies. The room is not large, 26 sqm, but it is very well-decorated, with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a nice view. The hotel just opened in 2024, so all the facilities are very new. The hardware is well-made, and the bathroom is fully equipped with TOTO smart fixtures. The quality of the food and drinks in the lounge was quite good, and the desserts weren't too sweet. In addition to a continental breakfast, you can also enjoy some Japanese specialty snacks. The electronic room key worked well, with hardly any issues. It could be used in the gym, pool, elevator, and room. The gym isn't large, but it's well-equipped, with all Precor products. 酒店位置很好，能看到大阪城，20分钟能去到大阪心斋桥等等景点。入住时有礼宾。虽然是金卡，但是我们入住行政房，因此我们在前台办理好后就去酒廊等待房间准备就绪。在就绪后，我们的行李已经被搬进房间。没有欢迎水果，但是有曲奇。 房间不大，26sqm，但是装修很好，层高很高，有落地窗，景色不错。是2024年新开业的酒店，设施都很新，五金件很紧致，全套toto智能卫浴。 酒店的酒廊出品质量以及酒的质量都不错，甜点不腻。早餐除了欧陆早餐，还能吃到一些日本特色小食。 电子房卡好用，很少掉链子，健身房、泳池、电梯、房间均可用。健身房不大，但是设施齐全，全部都是precor的产品。

Location is great, service was good and breakfast was the best. It was near the famous Glico man. It is also within walking distance to Parco and other great stores. ABC Mart, Uniqlo, Atmos are near. As to food trips, there are a lot of ramen places around. Namba Station is about 1 kilometer away, which can be easily be walked even with luggages, where you can board the Nankai Line to Kansai Airport. Yes, the airport is just a train ride away, no need to hire expensive private transfers.
