There was a lot of dust on the hangers, but you can wipe it yourself. The most outrageous thing is that the window makes a popping sound. The reason given by the hotel is thermal expansion and contraction. They are collecting information feedback. Although I changed the room and the service staff was very good, this experience made me lose all my good impression of this hotel and I will not stay there again. In addition, the deposit on the credit card on the day of check-in was not cancelled by the bank today. This is the first time I have encountered this. Normally, it will be cancelled on the day of check-out. I hope it can be cancelled as soon as possible without other problems.
