Hotels near Kita-Shinchi Station, Osaka

I stayed here for my anniversary with my partner! The hotel has only just opened, so I didn't have high expectations for the operation, but the salon staff were very kind and polite, and it was a wonderful stay. It is easy to imagine that it took a lot of effort to improve the soft aspects to this level, even though it has only been open for a short time. It is simply amazing! And the presentation at the ''Specialty Salon'' and the content, quality, and composition of the breakfast buffet at the main dining room ''The Moment'' were so amazing that we, the guests, were humbled by the high quality! I have stayed at many luxury hotels not only in Japan but also overseas, but to put it mildly, the menu composition and richness of this hotel were the best in Japan! I was so surprised that I was worried that the neighboring luxury hotels would have to make a considerable effort to take all their guests to the Osaka Station Hotel. It was so great. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Shimada, the accommodation manager, and all the staff for their wide-ranging efforts during my stay. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay. I am looking forward to returning in January next year! Thank you for your continued patronage.

Context & Disclaimer: I'm a very objective travel reviewer as someone who has a fair share of business and leisure stays. I leave reviews to help hotels improve their standards and also to help my fellow travellers make the best travel decisions for themselves. I've stayed at luxury to mid-range properties around the world including recent stays at the Prince Gallery Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo, Ritz-Carlton Toronto, JW Marriott Hong Kong. This review also follows a recent stay at the Prince Gallery Tokyo where the standards were exceptionally high. I haven't reviewed them yet but will do so shortly. Japan is known for its warm hospitality and careful attention to detail. At high-end hotels, they go over the top particularly to make your experience a unique one, so when you're paying $700+/night for the Ritz you expect high standards. Especially when every luxury hotelier in Tokyo has said the RC Osaka was just recently awarded its 5* My guest journey starts off rocky and torpedoes downhill. Check-In 1 - it's been raining in Osaka all day and we walked into the hotel from the outside. No one to greet us or take our luggage. Not a single person to be found. 2 - I'm soaking wet and struggling to find the check-in lobby. I must've seen 3 staff members look at me and not offer help or ask if I need any assistance. 3 - I finally find the check-in lobby where it's a giant zoo and RC staff directing traffic like its 5pm at Shibuya crossing. An absolute loud mess. I'm still soaking wet with my glasses and both pieces of luggage, and a staff member asks me if I'm checking in or checking out. What??? 0 attention to detail right there. Anyway, she directs me to wait in line. 4 - At the RC Tokyo & Prince Gallery Tokyo and any luxury hotel that operates like one (e.g., Four Seasons), takes your luggage and ask for your name. By the time you make it to check-in, they greet you by name and help you get settled in. If you book a room on the club floor, they ask if you'd like to check-in there privately. Yes I booked a Club Room, and so I waited about 10 minutes dripping wet before asking someone if I could please check-in via the Club Lounge. 5 - We're making our way to the Club Lounge, with the attendant dragging our luggage along the way which makes lots of noise. 6 - Finally check-in with no problems. The Room 7 - I understand that this is a Victorian-style property and some of the room and structure might be dated. But I can't believe that the bathtub is something from a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott. The shower is equally not up to par with the RC brand. 8 - Toiletries. I'm not sure if this is RC making a push for sustainability, but soap, shampoo, and conditioner are given to guests in large bottle format, again like at a Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott, instead of small individual bottles. Not a big deal, but just not up to par with other luxury hotels or RC standards across Japan. What if someone spit in there? Back to the lounge

Hygiene: Considering the price of Four Seasons, the hygiene is not satisfactory. The trash can was not cleaned at all during the four nights. Facilities: Because it is a new hotel, the facilities are very good. The shower in the bathroom has a strong water flow, the lighting is easy to adjust, and the elevator is fast and quiet. Environment: The hotel has no decoration smell and no smoke smell. The color matching of the decoration is very elegant, suitable for parents and children to stay together. Location: It takes 13 minutes to walk from JR Osaka Station, which is not far or near. There are Family Mart, Yoshinoya, and Matsuya along the way. Shinhokuchi is just across the street. Overall, it is a happy, comfortable and safe stay. But the room fee is nearly 5,000, which is a bit not worth it. I will look for other hotels next time.

Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda ~ A new sprinkler shop worth recommending. It takes less than ten minutes to walk from Saten to Osaka Station. There is a footbridge along the way through the mall directly to Osaka Station, which is very convenient. Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda ~ A new recommended hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious and overlook the Yodo River, allowing for beautiful sunset views. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to Osaka Station from the hotel, with walking bridge that goes through a商场直达车站，非常方便。

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

The Imperial is a classic 5 🌟 hotel with all the services amenities we expect with this degree of pedigree. Make no mistake this is a classic hotel with mid-century modern, classic and art deco all present within the interior and architecture and if you like modern rooms, hip nightlife or trendy haute cuisine this is not thplace for you. Yet nothing feels old or run down- All the rooms are emaculate and the sheets are changed several times a day with a option to have the staff set your bed up for the evening per request. The hotel resturant, especially Nadman and Kyubei are world renowned and readily avaliable, as is the Old Imperial Bar which is one of the most beatiful bars in Japan. Trends will come and go, but if you want to experience class and timeless luxury, Imperial should be your choice.

The room is about 2 times ～1.5 times as large as the usual business hotel, and there is a veranda, so the window is large, and the room feels bright, so there is no pressure, and it can be spent with a very stretch feeling. The bus is independent and there is a washroom, so you can take a bath without hitting it everywhere. In addition, the bathtub is extended and soaked, so you can enjoy the bath time slowly. However, there is no desk in the room and there is only a round table and sofa, so it may not be very suitable for desk work using PC or something. Breakfast is now a set menu due to the influence of the new corona, and it is a form of choosing western or Chinese. Both are delicious and full. In the hope, Western food and Chinese are dressed in advance for salad, but I was a little bit hard because of the soy sauce system with strong acidity. I hope you can choose dressing. It's not long since it's opened, so the facilities are new and you can stay at a good price in the GoTo campaign. I want to use it again even if the corona ends and the accommodation fee rises a little.

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

The rooftop open-air bath was the best! ! The temperature range of the hot water is not too hot, making it perfect for long baths. Sauna was also attached, so satisfaction was even higher! It is completely different from the usual business hotel in the city. Breakfast is also buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like. It was also nice to be able to stay very cheaply during the corona period. Recently, it has been used as the Corona Hotel, so it was not open to the general public, but when it becomes possible to stay normally again, I definitely want to go there!

This hotel is not bad and also looks new. The downside is they don’t have laundromat. However there is a l laundry shop nearby  Even though the front desk doesn’t really speak English, but they are really nice with the positive attitude unlike the Via Inn hotel near shinsaibashi I will come again next time.
