Check-in is on the second floor. There is no elevator. People with large luggage can go upstairs to check in first and then come down to get their things. However, there is a shoe cabinet on the first floor. The front desk guy is very nice and helpful. There is a separate toilet and bathroom. You may need to put on makeup at the sink.
