MIMARU Osaka Namba Station

The experience of staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, the location is very good, very close to Nihonbashi subway station, and very close to the Nankai Express to the airport. The hotel is within walking distance to Shinsaibashi, and there are many places to eat, capsule machines, and convenience stores within walking distance. The room is very clean and spacious, highly recommended!

It was a great family-style accommodation experience. We went to the market to buy wagyu beef for three consecutive days and cooked it at home. It was both economical and delicious. If there were no seasonings, we could borrow them from the counter, which was very considerate.

Whether it is the location, hygiene, etc., it is a very good choice. The washing machine and dryer are also very complete. I will see the staff helping to clean the washing machine in the morning to ensure that it is a very satisfactory stay for my sister.

The hotel is in a great location. You can find a barbecue restaurant, ramen restaurant, and cafe with high ratings on Google Maps within a few meters of the hotel. A convenience store is just across the street. The room is large, with a kitchen, toilet, washroom, and shower room. A family of three can wash and dress according to their own pace of life without affecting each other, which is very convenient. I especially like the table in the middle of the room, where the whole family can sit together to eat, chat, and play games. The children are very satisfied with the bunk beds. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The second floor of the hotel is the lobby. There are many board games in the lobby lounge for the whole family to play, which the children like very much.

The location is some distance from the subway station, so it's hard to carry luggage. I booked a room with two bedrooms and two toilets each with a hair dryer. The overall space is very large and there is also a washing machine. The living room is slightly underlit. The kitchen is fully equipped, the refrigerator is large, and both refrigeration and freezing are sufficient. The counter service is only available until 22:00 in the evening. The drinks are not very tasty, the coffee is very bitter. Every counter service staff is very professional and attentive. However, the cleaning staff asked me to change the sheets but did not change them. The cleaning staff also did not return the items to their places. The experience was not very good. There is no water dispenser, so you have to make cold and hot water yourself. Or buy water! In short, overall good.
