The room condition, hygiene, and location are all very good...
But the facilities are a bit disappointing.
There is no microwave in the lobby, and the rooms do not have hand soap and shower gowns (indoor clothes). There is also no fabric deodorizer, which most Japanese hotels have.

Everything is fine except for small things. The hotel's rules in both English and Chinese are wrong. You don't have to hand the key to the front desk every time you go out. Second, you have to hand the key to the front desk before leaving the hotel.
