The location is not bad, only one subway stop away from Umeda, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway, which is still a bit far... The location is about 10 minutes walk from the subway, the surrounding area is very quiet, far away from the downtown area, the room should be quite large in Japan, and you can store your luggage for free after check-out.
