The staff at the front desk were very patient and helped us call various hospitals to check for vacancies. Because there was no Chinese translator in the hospital on Sunday, the staff also accompanied us. We went to the hospital for treatment and we are very grateful to the staff, especially Hao and Ayane for their help! !
-Good location: next to Orange Street and American Village, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk straight to Shinsaibashi. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby downstairs.
-Suitable for families: There is a large table and kitchen, and there is a laundry room downstairs, which is very practical for families with small children. Children also especially like the playground equipment in the lobby! There are also elevated platforms you can borrow.
-Please note that you need to bring your own disposable supplies~
-What I hope can be improved: Since it is two single beds combined, it would be nice if a large mattress could be placed in the middle.

The place and rooms are clean and neat. The staff are so helpful and can speak English fluently. The location is near most of the shopping places and close to the metro station. I enjoyed my stay so much.
