酒店對面就是大丸百貨、PARCO、心齋橋，對有購物需求的人來説實在是方便；地鐵口就在酒店；附近有全家，711；老牌酒店從門僮到前台服務都很好很友善

酒店的位置和環境也ok!
最有意見的地方是枕頭和空調。
枕頭的承托力很差，
很擔心會睡到落枕。
空調開了低溫度也像開了暖氣一樣，
睡覺會被熱醒。

第一次寫評價，就兩點。第一，衞生間馬桶遙控器上一堆頭髮。第二，退房後寄存行李，包上被他們寫行李牌用的圓珠筆畫了兩道，也沒跟我主動説，到機場才發現。（我超喜歡我的包，用的很小心，非常生氣）

去年在福岡博多是住的日航，影響很好，所以這次來日本也首選日本，果然沒有讓我失望，早餐豐富，交通便利，機場巴士停在酒店門口，馬路對面是大丸百貨，並且美食很多。

We stayed at Nikko for 4 nights, we enjoyed the convenience location/ good selection of breakfast/ warm service from staffs.
The only thing can be improved is the lighting in the toilet, brighter lights could be better.
