1. 位置非常方便，就在心齋橋橋頭
2. 房間冷氣充足，可以自由調教，衣架多
3. 升降機只有兩部，繁忙時間等得比較久
4. 服務有改善空間，去住溫泉酒店，第二日回來Check in仍要自己搬行李到房間

정말 만족했던 크로스호텔^^
위치 완전굿이예요.근처 세븐일레븐 편의점도 있어 편의점에 진심인 아이들에게도 좋았답니다.지하철 난바역14번출구와도 가까울뿐더러 나중에 공항 라피도 타러가기에도 좋았고
친절 직원들 역시좋았어요..
한국어 구사하는 직원분은 없었지만 영어로 잘 안내해주셨어요.
3박을 지냈는데 청소 또한 깔끔~
대만족했습니다
다음에도 꼭 크로스 올꺼예요^^

這次入住的大阪十字酒店房間有遇到兩個問題，第一個問題是我們預訂了兩間標準雙床的房間。到前台辦理入住時，前台通知會給我們一間upgrade升級到情景房，我們非常高興，721房是大阪airport的主題，但和我們同行小夥伴的標準房比起來小一點。第二個問題是我們入住的721房間，第二天早上，隔壁房間可能退房比較早，酒店工作人員在打掃衞生的時候聲音非常大，隔音不是很好，可能是我們的床頭對着隔壁房間的床頭。可以清晰的聽到鋪床和把床推到牆上，撞擊聲把我們都嚇了驚醒過來。正值大阪馬拉松比賽，窗户外的隔音效果很好，也沒很吵，但酒店內部隔音真的不怎麼樣。
