The room is spacious and comfortable. I would like to comment on Ctrip's service to overseas users. The service is really remarkable. Due to language barriers and my own mistakes, I booked the wrong room. The overseas hotel insisted on checking out and not refunding. So I called Ctrip customer service to explain the situation. After three hours of telephone communication with the customer service brother, the overseas hotel agreed to the application for a full check-out and refund. I was very satisfied.

room and toilet are big… the room is complete with ameneties,,like microwave,refrigerator, electric kettle ,,and smart tv, and also the toiletries. what i dont like u can hear the noise from nxt room, the location is far but its still walkable from namba station,,dotonbori

It's enough for one person to use. The price is cheaper than other places, and I recommend it because you can check in very late at night. It's a bit far from the station though!
